Today was the day and I couldn't be more excited, no nervous! Argh I couldn't even tell what I was feeling I was that over the edge! I studied myself in the mirror one last time. Was it the heels that made my look to over the top? Or was it the fact I had no pants on, only black stockings? Rushing to my wardrobe I threw my high heels off and slipped into some comfortable vans.
Returning back to my mirror I sighed happily at my reflection. I had a cute denim shirt/dress on, that was extremely low cut which stopped it from looking like a pregnant woman's top. To boost my chest even more I had a brown belt tucked underneath them, it was very arts girl meets hip look.
And with my vans and black stockings, I looked like those girls on Tumblr. I hope Dimitri likes it, I thought to myself as I walked out the front door.
Sitting on my step I drifted off into class mental notes while waiting for Olivia to come pick me up. The tooting of her horn pulled me out of my day dreams. Quickly I jumped up and hopped into her car, smiling.
"Hey girl, you look hot!"
"Oh you think so? I really couldn't decide this morning" I replied, nervously
"This looks great! Way better then what we picked out yesterday" She said, while pulling out of my driveway
"You look great too" I said, smiling
She really did, much more... natural beautiful instead of the same old blonde tanned girl. I couldn't wait till everyone say what we looked like, their reactions will be so amazing!
We drove chatting like our usulally selfs until we hit the second street away from school.
"Do we have to go to school June?" Olivia begged,
"Yes you promised me"
Olivia whimpered and I shook my head, "I'll make you a deal"
Olivia pressed the brakes and looked at me excitedly,
"We'll go to school for half the day, then we can go where ever you want but this is the last time"
Olivia nodded, "Sounds great!"

I walked towards my locker, trying to ignore the stares and whispers that I'd been receiving all morning. I threw my books into my locker and turned to see Olivia walking towards me smiling with her other friends. I was happy no one was teasing her for changing her hair colour, that's what she was most afraid about.
"Hey girl!" Olivia shouted,
I nodded and waved, then locked my locker before walking with her to the canteen.
Today had been pretty amazing, girls still hated me boys how ever seemed to notice me way more. Except I hadn't seen the only boy I'd wanted to see today. Dimitri had been no where to be seen, and it was killing me!
Olivia and I quickly ate our lunch, before bee lining it to her car. Sighing and relaxed into her car seat and covered my eyes.
"Hey whats wrong with you?" Olivia asked, while driving out of the car park
"Oh nothing, I just feel silly for getting all dressed up for nothing"
"For nothing?! Girl did you hear what them boys were saying about you? You are hitting your way up the ranks fast, don't you worry all this attention will bring Dimitri's eyes to you" She giggled, while I sat back and blushed.
"So where we headed?"
"The beach" She said simply

"aw I love the salty air at the sea!" I sighed,
"Me too" Olivia agreed,
Together we kicked off our shoes and made our way towards the water, we decided a nice walk from jetty to jetty would get us (meaning Olivia) prepared for tomorrow.
"So what made you interested in DimDim?" Olivia asked,
"I'm not interested Olive" I replied quickly,
"Dont try that on me Junie!" Olivia laughed, "Please just tell me!"
I grumbled, "I dunno.. the moment I laid my eyes on him.."
Olivia stopped and squealed, "That was so cute June!"
I shook my head, "That's why I didn't want to tell you Olive!"
"OKay okay! I'm Sorry, I'll try contain my excitement for you" She said, while giving me her 100watt smile
"I'm sure you will" I sarcasm back,
"Hey! Whats that mean?" She said, starting to chase after me
I squealed and started running away from her.
"Come back here Junie!" Olivia screamed,
I looked back to see her crazy face chasing after me, I turned to look forward when I saw she was gaining on me. When pain struck me numb all in my face.
"JUNE!" I heard Olivia cry, "Oh my gosh? Are you alright"
Olivia joined me on the sandy floor and lifted my head onto her knee's.
"I can't feel my face" I mumbled, into my hands which I was using to cover my face
"Shit" A stranger spoke,
"Maybe you should watch where your going! You-Oh!" Olivia stared, then stopped abruptly
"get up get up get up!" She whispered frantically in my ear, as she pulled me to stand up
Pulling my hand from my face she gave me a quick look over and smiled with a wink before moving out of my way so my face could be seen by the stranger.
"What are you doing here Dim?" Olivia asked,
"I could ask you girls the same thing?" Dimitri replied,
I stood still and stared. this was unbelievable I can't believe that with all the people I could have crashed into it was Dimitri.
I watched as Olivia and Dimitri communicated while I stood there as still as a statue and as mute as one.
