Night Mansion (part 2)

When I finally told Leon everything, we decided to search the mansion for something that can help us, while walking through the empty corridors we came upon a gigantic door we had a feeling something was hidden there, since no one was around and was probably asleep we attempted to open it. From what we saw we where both shocked to find hundreds of coffins there.

"JESUS !" I screamed quietly while tears suddenly exploded from my eyes

"Don't look!" as Leon embraced me

Then we heard footsteps coming our way, everyone was there I felt it even if I didn't turn around I was sure they're watching us, the atmosphere of dreadful scents and an awful feeling of dying was surrounding us.

"Well well what do we have here ?" said by the mistress while grinning

"What bad guests we have here" said the doll twins

"Why in all of the places why here ?" asked the maid and butler

"Don't worry we know how to handle these kinds of happenings" added the lady of the mansion and the master

I shook with fear and closed my eyes hoping this will all end now, as they got closer to us Leon grabbed my hand and forced his way through them and we ran towards the stairs, I looked back they weren't following us, but I heard their voices and felt their presence next to us, we made it down from the stairs yet we still don't know our way out.

Then I suddenly remembered, "The Letter!" I said, I don't know what clearly my mission is here, all I know is I had to deliver the letter but to who? There started another mystery we needed to figure out before those people or demons whatever they are catch on to us.

I asked Leon to split up with me but he was to stubborn to agree, but I was happy because I know he's only worried about me, we searched the entire mansion while hiding from those demons, we entered a room filled with books, it came to our minds it must have been a library. We tried reading some books that may help us, but we weren't able to find one, and at the middle of the "library" there was a book a single one displayed, "This must be really valuable to them" I thought to myself.

I told Leon that we should go check the book out maybe we can squeeze up some information from it, but once we opened it we found out it was only an album, it was filled with pictures of them, but from way back then as written on the dates but I noticed that from the pictures that they didn't aged a bit from what they looked like now.

"Leon, do you think they're cursed ?" I asked

"Why do you ask ?"

"Well I just have a hunch"

"I don't know, maybe"

The lights suddenly went out, startled I fell down. "Hey! Mikuni did you hear that?" leon asked while hoping to find and grasp me, "Ugh, yeah that was me" I replied, "You okay?" as leon said that he finally grabbed hold of me and helped me stand up.

"Seriously a light out?" said leon irritated

"Hey..." I said

"Hmm, what is it?" he asked

"Look I'm really sorry you have to be here"

"I told you it's okay it was my choice to be here, to be here....... with you..." as he said that he placed his hand onto mine and making them entwined.

This place is really getting onto my nerves, I can't stand it, Leon... I want him to be safe, I'm so stupid why did I tolerate his company. I know I have feelings for him but, it would be better to get him out of this mess.

"....I'm sorry "

"Huh? Did you say something?" asked leon

"N-nothing, I didn't say anything"
