Nothing to Lose

- Introduction -

I'm not against living life, I'm against loving it. There is absolutely no reason to live life happily, because... there is just no point. Especially if everything you loved has been taken away from you. I'm alone, and I like it like this. There will be nothing that could change my mind. And because of these reasons, I now work for probably one of the bitchiest women on earth. You may wonder, what do I work as?

Well, it's a job where you are compelled to carry a gun everywhere you go, as you would be taking people's lives away. There would be many people looking for you to take your life away too, so you would need it for self-defence.

Basically... I work as a murderer. And I honestly don't care because, after all, there is nothing to lose.

But once upon a time, I am sent on a mission to a nearby city. I'm absolutely fine with that, it's not like I go to school or anything. But it's funny. It's funny how life doesn't seem to give up on making you go through hell. This one mission has managed to flip my world upside down.

I had been wrong, I'm not alone. I thought that there was nobody left, but I find someone who I thought I had lost. I meet new people, who somehow manage to see through the walls I had built and try to manipulate my thoughts on life.

I'm trapped. I must make a choice between two decisions; do I want to carry on living this life of killing and leave behind the people I love? or do I want to be around those that I love but risk my life and theirs dangerously?
