∆Roland's POV
After today's gym day, I decided that I wanted ice cream. I mean I may look like an adult but I am simply a teenager. I like ice cream and cookies, cake and cupcakes. Everything that has sweets on is something that I like.
I drove to the ice cream parlor that was near from where I lived. I parked in the parking lot and saw that they were serving my favorite today. I got out of my car with a big smile on my face.
As I was walking to the parlor, "Hey watch out!" was yelled from behind me before someone crashed with me.
I quickly turned around and snaked my arm around the person to prevent them from falling. I looked at them shocked from the sudden impact that I didn't realize who this person was until I ran my eyes through their whole face.
Gannon. He stared at me with mouth agape. I lifted him up so he would be standing upward. He looked at the floor where an ice cream cup lay.
"My—my—my ice cream." A little girl came to stand next to Gannon, muttering and whimpering at the same time.
She fell to her knees and looked up at the sky. "Why God? Why have to ended this ice creams life?" She then grabbed a scoop of ice cream from the floor with her hand. She tried to bring her hand to her mouth, but Gannon stopped her.
"You can't eat it!" He exclaimed.
"Why not?!?"
"Because it's dirty!"
"But we can't let the food go to waste! Mama always tells us that." She whined.
"Tell her she can't eat it." He turned to a guy who was standing behind them the whole time. I hadn't even realized he was there until now.
"Come on Hayley. I'll buy you a new ice cream and gummybears." He grabbed her hand as she started to cheer.
Gannon turned to look at me, there was an awkward silence until he broke it. "Hi Roland."
"Hello." I greeted back. He looked very awkward. He was fidgeting his hand and feet, looking to the sides trying to avert my eyes, but failing miserably.
"What a coincidence! We bump into each other everywhere." He said looking more relaxed. Okay! What just happened? One minute he was a nervous wreck, the next minute he was all relax and cool. What was he bipolar or something?
Of course I didn't say that to him. That would be just rude. "Looks like faith wants us to always bump together." I said without thinking.
He stared at my eyes for the longest time before averting them and looking elsewhere. Nice move Roland! Really smooth!
I sucked in air, getting ready to tell him how good he looks. Ready to tell him that the clothes he was wearing complemented his figure. Yes, I am aware that he is a boy. Yes, I never new that I liked boys. But this boy in particular catches my attention. The curves he has are curves that a woman should have, surely, even though they look better on him than on any other teenage girl or woman. The way he talks makes you feel like velvet is rubbing against your body.
I know that I just met him today. But I was ready to tell him how beautiful he was.
"I saw the way my sister looked at you. She really likes you." Or maybe not.
"I can see why she likes you, though. You are really hot. You have a nice body. Cute face. Very pretty eyes. A very beautiful smile. Your personality is the greatest I have ever seen. You are nice. You—" He stopped when he realized that he was rambling.
I took this as my opportunity. "You're pretty bea— awesome yourself too."
He blushed. "I'm sorry for saying all of that. I wasn't supposed to. All I wanted to say was that my sister liked you."
