Andy's POV

I'm in detention with my homework out and my earbuds plugged in. When I walked in, I didn't see Devin. I sigh "She's probably skipping knowing her." I mumble to myself.i look down at my phone to change the song, until I realize I have a message that says:

Oh. Forgive me. I'm Caitlyn's right hand man.

Talk about no privacy. Well anyway, what do you want?

I'm giving you the address for Caitlyn's party. It's 301 Chesterfield road. It's a big house you can't miss it.

And what if I don't come?

Then Caitlyn will be very sad…

And with that I turn my phone off. 'I don't really like parties…but if it'll make her happy then I guess I can go to just this once and plus she's expecting me.' I thought.

I look around and notice everyone left already. 'So I guess detention is over.' I thought. I gathered all my things and walked out the door. I decided to head onto the store to pick up some things we need.

I walk into the convenient store and look around. I grab a half gallon carton of milk and some bread. I also got a monster for my brother. He likes those things. He says it gives him energy.

I walk over to the counter and put my items on it. I look up and see a tall handsome guy with blonde short hair and blue eyes. He looks up and notices me with a smile.

"Oh hey…" I look at him confused. "Do I know you?" I say as he laughs. "I suppose not. I'm Darren. The guy who texted you about Caitlyn's party."

"How'd you know it was me? And are you like her brother or something? You guys look alike." I say. As he grins and rings up my items. "I have my secrets. And I'm not her brother, just her cousin." he continues "that'll be 7.50." he says as I grab a 10 dollar bill out of my pocket and hand it to him.

"So, you going to Caitlyn's party?" he asks as he takes my money. I hear the cash register ring with a clack. "Hmm… I'm not sure. Maybe." I shrug as he hands my my change.

"Your change is 3.50." he continues "I suggest you go. It'll be fun." he says as he smiles. I then take my bag and walk out. Not saying anything else. 'I have a bad feeling about the party.' I thought.

I get my phone out and check the time, it reads '10:00' I was suppose to be home an hour ago. I just shrug and put my phone up. "Oh well…" I say out loud.

I put my hands in my pockets and look up at the starry night sky with a sigh. I then bump into someone causing me to look back down.

"Oh! I'm sorry. I didn't see you t-" the guy interrupts me.
