How I fell in love with a KPOP Idol

HUH?!?

Do you believe in love at first sight?? No? I do. Let me tell you a story. I know we will never be together and I know it's silly. But I can't get this one voice inside of me to stop saying "there's a chance, you just have to take a hold of your opportunity and try." It's true, he's 6 years older than I am but I know age doesn't matter when it comes to love. I know it's a cliche thing to say, but when you're sincerely in love I promise nothing else matters. We met once in person.. but I'm getting too ahead of myself. Let me start from the beginning.

One late afternoon on January 27th, 2016, I'm watching anime. I was very into anime at the time and I tell you this for a reason. Let's begin.

"Wow I need a break from anime I can't find anything good anymore", I stretch on my bed and hear someone open my door.

It's my brother, "Maisie, stop watching anime it's weird and it's just sad."

I just respond by saying "uh huh. And??? If that's all you have to say you can leave." He leaves my room and his statement stays in my head, I start watching reaction videos and one video catches my eye. "Kpop Just Right by GOT7 Reaction". "Hmm... it wouldn't hurt to see this one, maybe my brother and I could laugh at this together." I click on the video and sure enough I loved it, the beat, lyrics, dance, everything...but one person catches my eye, he was blond and was wearing a green shirt. I decided to look up more videos about this "GOT7". I see ASC (After School Club) i click the video and see one member mimicking the blond haired boys rap part. His face was so funny, and I found out his name was Jackson! I do a little more research about the group and get ready for work a few hours later. I walk down the side walk and listen to "Just right". I finally get to the cafe that my parents own. I stare at the cafes name "Maisie's Cafe", it's a my name but I guess it's what they want. I walk inside and think "South Korea is always so cold". My parents have someplace to go so I'm looking over the cafe until they get back. I greet all the employees and go to the back to change into the new uniform. I change the cafes music to GOT7's songs and start humming along. A few hours pass and I greet and say goodbye to those who visit, show them their seat, etc.

A free hours later, it's now 5:31pm, A group of guys come in and I bow and greet themn, "just right" plays on the over head as they walked in. Just as I'm about to look up I hear one of them say "huh.. this is our song". I quickly look up and see familiar faces. It's GOT7!! I spoke up and said "o-oh you're-!" JB interrupts and says "I'm sorry can you please just treat us like one of your regular customers, we just want at least a 30 minute break from being idols". I bowed to apologize and showed them to their table.
"Here you are, these are the menus. I'm Maisie and I'll be your waiter please don't hesitate to call me if you need anything. What can I get you to drink?". Jackson speaks up and says "OH THIS IS YOUR CAFE?!?!". I get a little shocked by the loud voice and laugh. I mumbled "wow he really is loud.." everyone looked at me. "Ahh~ sorry! Um, no this is my parents cafe I'm just working today because they're out." Youngjae sounded tired "oh, well we come here often nice to meet you but can you get out orders?"
"O-oh I'm sorry! Please tell me what you would like to drink."
Jb orders a Strawberry banana smoothie, BamBam orders a iced tea, youngjae gets an iced americano, Jinyoung orders the same thing. Jackson gets something organic, mark gets a vanilla iced coffee. Yogyeom orders a Carmel Americano.
    One hour later everyone finishes and leaves. I start cleaning up where they sat until I find one of their wallets. I open it to see who's wallet it was and sure enough it was jacksons. I see a paper hanging out and take it out. I read the paper and it says "meet me at the restaurant 4 stores down to the left at 8:30pm"
I have a lot of questions in my head
"What the he- heck"
"Who would this be for?"
"Is it for me?"
"Is this a joke?" Etc.
The day goes by fast and it's time to close up the store. It's 8:30 so I rush to the meet spot with his wallet in hand. I get there and I wait. It's now 9:15.
     Someone comes up to me, a man, "hey you've been here for a while. Are you waiting for someone?"
"Yeah... I suppose"
"Who would want to show you up. You're beautiful."
"Th-thanks but-"
I hear someone call my name from behind and turn around
"Maisie! Sorry I'm late I had practice"
He was wearing a hat and a mask, he look familiar somehow.
"So how's this Maisie?"
"Um-"
"I was just checking in her since she was alone"
The man with the mask wraps his hand around my waist
"She's not alone now so.."
I stood frozen in place.
" I can see that now. Don't make a women wait.
The man with the mask walks inside and sits himself In a private room. He takes off his hat, mask and jacket.
"Y-youre"
Jackson sighed and said
"Sorry I kept you waiting I was in practice."
"I-it's okay."
He looks at me
"Are you gonna sit?? It's kind of uncomfortable if you stand"
I hurry and sit down, we order food and drinks.
Once the food gets settled, we start eating. I was nervous not knowing what to do and Jackson tires and calls my nerves with a joke.
"Nice weather we're having today"
I laugh and say "it's been cloudy all day.."
Jackson says "oh yeah it has" he starts laughing at himself and we make small talk while eating.
"So your mom showed us a video of you singing."
I stop eating and look at him
"Oh, you're really good at singing! I would like it if you tried out for JYP."
"H-huh?!"
"You have so much talent, just try and make it. Your mom even said you wanted to try out."
"Well yes but.. I'm not good enough."
"GOT7 will train you."
"E-eh?!"
You're going to practice with got7. Singing and dancing, your mom showed me how you danced.. it's not very good."
I start laughing half hatredly "gee thanks, I know I don't dance well.  But are you sure it's okay? I mean you're a huge idol group. What will happen if I get caug-"
"I talked it over with my manager and your mom. They both said it's okay, if you move into the dorm with us"
"Ahh~ oka- wait what?!? Move into the dorm with you?!"
"And the rest of got7 silly"
Before I could say anything he pays for the both of us and grabs my wrist. And He walks out holding my wrist
"Jackson my wrist..."
"Oh sorry it's a habit because of jinyoung" he let's go
"I ship markson"
He starts pouting "I do too but he's so cold to me. He became distant"
"Jackson.. you're weird"
"And ugly I know"
I start to giggle "stop fishing for compliments, I know you know that you're handsome"
We start walking again
"Oh where are we going?"
"To the dorm I told you you're moving in"
I stop in my tracks "Jackson I-"
He stops and turns towards me "can you call me Oppa? Its weird hearing Jackson from someone who's younger than me"
"A-ah sorry. O-oppa.."
He starts laughing "sounds weird huh? We're both foreigners, so we have to get used to south koreas formalities."
"Yeah you're right. Anyway, I don't have any cloth-"
"It's okay manager hyung is getting your stuff tomorrow"
"But-"
"You have to move in tonight when no one is watching."
I just nod in silence and we start walking again
While walking towards the dorm I start thing how to greet the members, but before I knew it we were standing in front of the door.
"It's okay just be yourself, we don't bite... except for jinyoung. Don't show fear he senses fear"
"That doesn't make me feel better"
"Too late" he walks inside and turns in the light. It's 12:30 so no ones out of their room. I take off my shoes and walk inside.
While looking at the huge room I ask
"Jack- I mean Oppa, Where am I sleeping?"
"Youngjaes room."
"Huh?!"
"Whisper they're probably sleeping"
"O-oh sorry" I start talking a little quieter "huh?!? But where is he sleeping?"
"The same room, he has two beds and he's innocent so he won't he anything don't worry"
"Oh yeah cloths, follow me." I follow him to his room and my hear starts beating fast. With my cheeks a little red.
He gets a long shirt black shirt and grey sweatpants
"Here you can.. why is your face red?"
I get flustered and stutter "y-you're seeing things"
I bow and take the cloths "where's the bathroom?"
He shows me to the bathroom and I walk in to change
I start thinking about today "omgomgomg I need to calm down. This is a dream. Yeah it's a dream."
I change and head to youngjaes room. I walk in quitely so youngjae doesn't wake up. I head to the bed on the right and lay down. I feel someone moving and hug me. I turn around and push him off.
"Y-youngjae?!?"
He wakes up with a jot
"A-ah sorry I though you were Jackson. He always sneaks in here and sleeps with me...."
I stand still with shock and youngjae speaks up
"....your bed is over there"
"O-oh right"
I go to my bed and lay down in the covers and I hear youngjaes voice
"Goodnight.. Maisie"
My heart skipped a beat as I say "goodnight youngjae..." I stay up till 1 thinking about everything and about what's to come.
