Chapter Thirteen:
"He hurt my feelings. My best friend crushed my insides," I kept mumbling to myself over and over. Marcus helped me down from the tailgate, and I held me into a tight hug for a second.
"Stay in the truck. Okay?" He instructed me. I was confused, but then I had tottaly gotten it when he headed over to where Kyle and Kristen where making out. Marcus grabbed Kyle by the back of the shirt, and Kyle went to swing at him; Marcus was too fast.
Boy was my boyfriend fast. I giggled at the thought, but it went away once I saw them yelling at each other. Kristin just got into her car and left, while I slowly walked over.
"Stop!" I yelled, shoving at both of their chests. I looked at Marcus, and winked. "I got this," I whispered, then turning toward Kyle.
"I. Hate. You!" I yelled, shoving at his chest at every word.
"What did I do?" Kyle said, grabbing my wrists.
"You freaking know what you did!" I pointed at his face, looking him straight in the eye. If only looks could kill!
"Are you done?" He asked, annoyed. I gasped, and punched him in the face. It's funny knowing he's the one who taught me self-defense and to punch.
"Don't expect me to call you. I'm done here." I spitted over my shoulder, spinning on my heels, heading toward Marcus's truck.
"What did I do!" He asked, catching up to me.
"That text, you idiot!"
He looked confused, and searched his pockets. Kyle glanced over to where Kristen's car used to be parked, and sighed.
"Kristen..." He muttered angrily under his breath.
"Don't go blaming other people!" I said, throwing my arms up in the air.
"I'm not! She must've sent you whatever text you had."
"That bi^ch.." I muttered under my breath, taking a step back from Kyle.
"What exactly did she say?" He asked, stepping forward. I looked him straight in the eye.
"Before I kill her, are you sure you didn't send it?" I asked him.
"Yes. I am. Now what did she say?"
"Called me a hoe. It hurt my feelings thinking it was you."
"Sorry." He muttered, hugging me. I smiled, and I heard footsteps coming up beside us.
Marcus cleared his throat, and I pulled away from Kyle. "It's all good, Marnus." Kyle said with a smirk.
"It's Marcus." Marcus and I corrected Kyle at the same time.
"Whatever." Kyle muttered. I turned to Marcus, ignoring Kyle for a second. Marcus smiled, and hugged me tightly, spinning me around. I let out a loud fit of giggles, and Marcus chuckled. "Hey, I think I'll ride home with Kyle, okay? Plus, he's going to stop by Kristin's. So I have my opportunity then."
Marcus's smile dropped, but he looked up to Kyle, then back to me. He sighed, and nodded. I smiled like a kid in a candy store, and kissed him. He kissed me back, while I lost my footing, and we tripped backwords. We started laughing, and I helped myself up. I glanced back at Kyle, who was already heading to his Volvo. Kyle better wait. I quickly helped Marcus up, and he hugged me bye.
When I went to turn away, heading toward Kyle's car, I heard loud footsteps behind me, and then I felt my curves getting tickled. I squealed, turning back toward Marcus, smiling. I shook my head, and kissed him lightly on the lips. I heard a horn beep, and I quickly snapped my head to my left, seeing Kyle parked beside us. He signaled me to get in, and I did, waving at Marcus.

"Stay here." Kyle said to me, grabbing the door handle and getting out of his car. I pouted, knowing we were in front of Kristin's house, and I had to wait a couple minutes.
"Eff this." I mumbled to myself, climbing out of the car, running up to the front porch. I heard arguing inside, and I quietly opened the door.
"She's my best friend! Why the heck did you do that?" Kyle yelled, with his phone safely in his hands.
"I don't like her! She's a whore!" I scoffed at Kristin.
"You think I'm a whore? I don't cheat on my boyfriend!" I yelled, slamming the door behind me, stepping up behind Kyle.
Kristin looked from me and Kyle, then back at me. She reached, and slapped me on the face. I gasped, and touched my face. Then I pounced.
Kirstin went flying back words, over the chair she was standing in front of. I straddled her, and punched her in the face, pinning both of her arms down. "Don't ever. And I mean ever slap me again. You hear, b^tch?" She nodded, and Kyle grabbed me by the waist, throwing me unto his shoulder. I kept punching his back, screaming for him to let me down.
"Dude! Not cool! Let me down now, Kyle Anderson!" I yelped at the top of my lungs. He placed me through the driver's seat, unto the passenger seat. "Buckle up." He told me. I sucked in my bottom lip, and did what he said.
"That was too far, Farah." He said, sounding disappointed.
"Whatever." I mumbled, sliding further down in the passenger seat.
