Girl Meets New Triangle?

"Hey Peaches! Farkle called me and told us to go to Topanga's." Riley said.
"Really? Sure i'll be down in a sec." Maya nodded. She got ready while Riley is waiting outside.
"What's up? Why did he call us?" Maya asked while walking with Riley.
"I don't know. Maybe it's about the project." Riley shrugged. As they arrived at Topanga's, they saw Zay, Farkle, Smackle and Lucas.
"Hey losers! What's going on here?" Maya greeted them. She sat next to Lucas and Riley next to her. Lucas shifted in his seat.

As a matter of anything, nobody talked. Maya huffed. "Is anyone going to answer my question?" Still no reply. Then she stood up, ready to go until Lucas pulled her back down to her seat.
"Well, Farkle will explain that." Lucas sighed. "Then what is it, Farkle?" Riley continued.

Farkle cleared his throat. "Uh.. Well.. Something has been.. um..going....between..Me..Smackle..and Zay..." He said nervously. Unfortunately, Maya.. who is drinking from her juice, began to choke. "WHAT?!" She yelled. Riley gasped, not really believing what she is hearing. "Well what will you all do with it?" Riley asked, clearing things out. "We decided, that we will be like you, Lucas, and Maya. We understood each other so..yeah." Smackle explained. "We're not even a triangle anymore. I'm in the long game with Josh, remember?" Maya sighed.

This time, Lucas is the one who choked on his drink. "What?!" He exclaimed.Riley sighed. "Geez. Lucas, you chose me remember?" Maya nodded in agreement. "Yeah, Lucas. I'm totally fine with it. I'm the one who encouraged you with Riley right?"

Lucas just kept his serious face. "What i mean is, i don't want our friendship to end like this, Maya." "I said I'm fine with it, Lucas." Maya huffed. Riley stood up, "Uh, guys. I'm gonna go outside for a moment."

Maya looked at Lucas and signaled him to go after Riley. He nodded and ran outside. Then, she looked at the triangle next to her. "Zay? I have no idea you liked Smackle." Maya laughed.

Zay and Smackle blushed. Then Farkle sighed. "Well when we are at the Sun Lodge we stayed in, Zay has been going along with us. Then, boom! He likes her so the triangle is here." Then Maya felt a buzz on her pocket. She realized it's her phone so she checked on it.
