From Warner Bros. Pictures and Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Pictures comes the romantic drama "Everything, everything", an adaption of the book by the same name.
The challenge is to write a 500-word short story about yourself that celebrates what makes you a unique individual. Tag your story #EverythingEverythingContest for your chance to win a $100 iTunes gift card, and the top10 entries chosen by the Wattpad staff will be featured in a reading list on the Teen Fiction profile. My random rantings:
I read Everything, Everything completely on a whim. That cover is stunning, you guys. I was aesthetically pleased.
And ya'll I was feeling Maddy. I may not have experienced what she has, but from one child of a strict brown parent to another, I feel you.
The romance (no spoilers, I promise) is just n'aww inspiring. I may not have swooned, but the feel good feelings lasted until the very end.
I'm so excited for this movie adaption too, and I'm so stoked that Amandla Stenberg is in it, talk about dream casting, I swear I was picturing her as I was reading!
As for my entry into the competition:
While mine isn't as personal as others, the fact of the matter is this: I don't think I'm particularly interesting or special, and I'm not saying that as one of those weird self-deprecating jokes so people can say "Aw don't say that, you really are!", in all honesty, I'm about as stimulating as a slice of bread.
So I've done a bit of an abstract piece and though I usually have a general idea of how it'll go over, I'm really not sure about it. But I hope you enjoy it anyway!
