Tried to go to the mall today with Scott. I saw a sign that said "NO DOGS ALLOWED EXCEPT FOR SERVICE ANIMALS".
I was confused. I asked Scott what it meant.
He said "It says no dogs can go into the mall, Ricky."
I still didn't get it. I don't understand!
"Dogs can't go to the mall." Scott explains again, and starts to open the door. "Come on, Rick. Let's get to the store before all the good stuff is gone!"
"But Scotty! I can't come into the mall! It says no dogs allowed! I can't go in there!"
Scott looked confused. What is so confusing about the rules?
