ellie's pov
we were 3 weeks into the tour when it happened. it all started one breakfast.
i sat down at the table, lou and the boys were already there before me. they all looked nervous. i sat next to zayn. he edged his chair slightly away from him. tomorrow was my birthday! is this how they were gonna treat me tomorrow? zayn started to talk to liam, who was the otherside of him completely turning his back on me. i thought he was in a bad mood but he was joking about with the others, i tapped my leg against lucy's. she didnt even look at me. i kicked her hard in the shin, that made her notice me. she glared and carried on flirting with niall.
'guys, me and lucy have something to announce' niall said, everyone looked at him.
' me and lucy are together...' he trailed off looking at the pissed off expresion which was compressed onto my face. they boys cheered and high fived them saying 'finally! you make such a good couple!' i stood up and left the room. was i the only one that didnt have a partner? niall and lucy were now a couple, liam had danielle, louis had eleanor, harry got a new girl last night called Kirsty, and i bet zayn had a girlfriend! i sat on my bed and shut out the world with my headphones. i skipped every one direction song i had ( which was alot ).
few hours later
i was still on my bed, none of them had come to see me. they were all playing games in the lounge. i heard them play 3 rounds of twister ( which is hard when a bus is moving), 2 games of truth or dare. 4 games of snap which i heard louis win all of the games and a game of spin the bottle. they were obvisously having a good time with out me.
the bus stopped at a service station and i got out, i went to the little shop. there was magazines everywhere and on all of them there was a picture of zayn holding my hand in the shoppingmall a few days ago. the headline read : has zayn moved on from perrie?
i picked one up, got a bottle of coke and some chocolate buttons and went to the counter. the girl looked at the magazine when she was scanning it, then she looked at me. she looked about 17 or 18.
'your the girl on the magazine!' shes squelled.
'yeah...' i said
'hey, im Mia.' she said and put my items in a bag.
' im Ellie.'
'can i get your number so we can be mates?' she asked i nodded and we exchanged numbers. i walked back to the bus happy i made a new friend. i sat on my bed and ate my chocolate buttons whilst reading my magazine. i didnt realise how tired i was until i dropped off to sleep...
