AT THE AIRPORT
"But dad, do we have to move to America? I don't know anyone there, and it means that I can't go to Oxford university!" Rosie moaned.
"Yes Rosie. Moving to Washington is necessary if we want to keep the family together. Now let's go and gong food because I'm pretty sure we're all hungry," stated Rosie's dad, named Jeremy.
By the way, I haven't really told you about Rosie. She's your average 13 year old girl, she loves dancing and her favourite colour is purple. She likes wearing Jeans and leggings and she loves her burgundy Vans. She can be quite clumsy sometimes and she loves her older sister Sophie who's 16, her 14 year old brother James and her 10 year old sister Elizabeth (normally just called Ellie). Their family lived in Watford, England but her dad got a great new job in Washington, USA and they now have to move there permanently.
ON THE PLANE
"How long is the plane ride going to be?" asked Ellie
"Around 11 or 12 hours. But don't worry, we have 1st class seats and you will be able to sleep on the plane," said Jeremy.
"It's going to be super cool! I've never had 1st class seats!" Said Rosie.
"As long as they have wifi," said Sophie.
"And movies to watch!" Added James.
