Chapter 41. [The Dark Side]

THIRD PERSON

As she slept in the dead of the night.

She was slowly getting consumed by the Dark.

The Dark and silent one that was hidden within her.

The Dark One who's lips twitched to a devilish smile.

The Dark One who's diabolic plans started to formulate.

The Dark One who once consumed her whole being and controlled her for a long period of time.

The Beast out of the cage.

The Dark One who nearly killed her being and physical body.

The Dark One who was the opposite of Tsukishima Y/n.

SECOND PERSON

It was a sunny Monday morning and you had a good mood. Getting greeted by your boyfriend good morning through the phone has given you enough inspiration to start your day.

Volleyball practise went fine.
Studies went fine.
You winged the given quizzes.
You ate lunch with the volleyball team and it got them wondering as to why you were in such a good mood but they liked it. Often times when you are with them in the gym it's either you had your poker face on or you're just really silent but now, you're telling funny stories of your childhood and memories. It took all of them to laugh, even Ushijima who chuckled for a bit. They started to share stories as well and all of you enjoyed being together.

Although one thing was bothering you. Hayato was not in school today, but at the same time you were relieved and you got a little bonding time with the team. They started to get really dear to you and you to them. Being their secondary coach and manager who helps them in practise was not easy, but they were grateful. The team was distant with each other and not really that close until you arrived. You became the bridge between their distance which got them to connect furthermore with each other.

More stories were told by each one of you and some got you crying because of too much laughter. Sadly, the bell rang and you had to go back to your classrooms. You greeted each other goodbye before going to your own classrooms.

THIRD PERSON

"Y/n senpai was really funny awhile ago" Shirabu said as he walked alongside Taichi who was now walking towards their classroom. They were both 2nd years but they're in the same classroom.

"Yeah, it was quite fun" Taichi agreed with a small smile on his lips.

"Never knew she'd open up like that" He once again mentioned and this time Shirabu agreed.

Meanwhile

"Y/n was really funny back there" Reon mentioned

"Yeah, it was fun laughing with everyone. Don't you think so, Ushijima?" Yamagata asked and Ushijima nodded

"It was good for the team" he agreed and the other three 3rd years looked at him surprised.

They never knew Ushijima had some thoughtfulness in him. Was he thinking about the team just now?
But they just decided to keep quiet and reflect on the event awhile back which left small smiles on their lips as they entered their classrooms.

~[Haikyuu]~

"Iwa chan! Y/n is now my girlfriend! Can you believe that?!" Oikawa fanboyed as he entered the gym with Iwaizumi walking ahead.
