"Travis that's enough! It's going to overflow! stop!" I block the entrance of my solo cup so Travis doesn't make it spill all over the gray carpet. We are currently at the Zeta Kappa Beta annual house party.

"Sorry man, I just wanted to make sure you have a good time. " Travis pats me on the back to reassure me.

"Thanks for your consideration." My sarcasm obviously doesn't cross his drunk mind.

"I'm going to go talk to Stephanie, you can have the rest of my beer. " I hand Travis my cup and make a single step when the sorority door swings open.

A dark blonde stood in the doorway panting. She dons a navy blue flowy dress that stops at the middle of her thighs. Her Vans have mud covering most of the fabric and her long hair is slightly frizzy from the wind. It's as if she just got back from running or something.

All the drunken students continue to glare at her but quickly lose interest within a few seconds and continue rubbing and grinding on each other.

She puts her head down as if not to draw attention to herself and stalks to a cooler near the bar. I was surprised that she got a water instead of something a little stronger. She looks like she needs one to be honest.

After she finishes chugging the water, her eyes scan the room, reacting to every abnormal noise or action that happens. The horrible nearly drunk guy I am, decides to play a little trick with her. I lightly raise my leg and release it with a small thud. Her eyes dart towards mine and I smirk to myself claiming success. Her orbs weren't letting the eye contact go though. I am not going to be the first to back down, so let's just go with this staring match.

My head retracts a bit realising that her eyes have a reddish tint to them. Yes, like a really light red velvet cake. Her velvet irises squint slightly and she cocks her head to the side as if studying me, yet her eyes never leave mine. I'm intrigued and I can't help myself. I take a step forward but my arm is groped and I'm forced to turn around.

"Dude she was totally checking you out!" Travis squeals as he gives me that 'I told you so' look.

"I'm a motherfucking phsciycicic--"

"Why don't you slow down on the drinks now buddy." Robert says as he takes the beer cup out of his hand.

I turn back to the spot where Velvet (Thats what I decided to call her) resides but the room suddenly is filled with my heart throb when emptiness comes into vision. Where did she go? She had left just as quickly as she came. Fuckfuckfuck.

Fuck it.

I'm over staying sober.

"Give me that." I yank the beer out of Roberts hand and chug it.

"Belly shots anyone?" Travis proposes.

"Hell yeah to that." I follow Robert to the bar that has a couple of bleach blondes sitting atop of it.

Robert holds up a shot glass filled with green gelatin.

"Who wants to go first?" he shouts at the girls. they all quickly raise their hands and let out small squeaks of
anticipation.

I"I choose......." I trail my finger around all the girls as I try to decide which one to pick. My finger stops on a loopy blonde with foundation caked on.

"Stephanie"

She waves her hands in the air out of excitement. I down another shot of vodka and lay her across the bar counter. When I lift her tank top up to reveal her flat stomach, I notice her belly button ring is a murky red color. It instantly reminds me of Velvet. What. the.fuck. How the fuck can I be looking at the naked skin of a FOINE chick and think of some random girl that I made eye contact with for a second. I need another drink.

"Layton, Stephanie, is you ready?" Robert asks holding the green shot. I nod my head with consent as I swallow on last drop of vodka. Robert pours the gelatin like substance on her stomach, right below her naval. She squeals in delight and starts squirming. I grab hold of we hips and steady them. I dip my head down an quickly slurp up the cylindrical pile of jello. Scattered 'WHOO' and 'aha geyt it' lingers in the air. Stephanie places a hand on my shoulder and helps herself off the counter. She purposely falls and I'm forced to catch her. Clumsy bitch. Get your shit together.

"I'm sorry, I'm such a clutz." She murmured fluttering her lashes for affect.

"That's exactly what I was thinking." I admit and feel her tapping on my shoulder. Wait why am I still holding Stephanie? I quickly place her on the floor but she still makes no affect in moving away from me. I roll my eyes in annoyance, but they land on the sorority door.

I see Velvet standing there with a frown plastered on her face. Her hands are curled into fists and her chest is rising and falling rapidly.

"Vel-Velvet?" She turns around and walks out of the doorway.

"Wait!" I shout,peeling Stephanie off and following after Velvet.

Soo next chapter is gon be good so keep that in mind before you delete this book. Sorry nothing really hsppened in this chapter i promise the future ones will be less suckish. At least now you know what "Velvet" looks like. (She is a short petie blonde(even tho Cara Delevingne is not short)also her eyes have a reddish tint to them( they are like brown but auburn but have blue undertones( I know Highly unlikely)) So please stay tuned:))))
