V26). The next day, we were going back to school. I pulled at my uniform as I walked down the stairs. My transformation into a vampire has changed my body a bit. I don't have any fat on my stomach anymore, I have more refined curves, and I think my bust has changed in someway. My clothes has gotten a bit tighter now, which kind of makes me feel weird because I don't wear tight clothes even when I was human.
After breakfast and my morning glass of blood, Damien and I went into the garage. I was about to walk to his car when I saw a motorcycle sitting there. A smirk came to my face as I said, "Can we take the motorcycle to school?" A smile came to Damien's face. "Of course." He grabbed the keys to the motorcycle and got on it. I sat behind him and wrapped my arms around his waist as he started the engine.
It was pretty exciting to be a vampire now. I have a pretty long life to live and I don't have to be afraid of dying. I can start doing crazy things like skydiving, swimming with sharks, wrestle a bear. The first thing I can cross off my list is riding a motorcycle.
Once we got to school, I got off the motorcycle after Damien parked it. Lets just say my first day back eerily reminds me of my first day going to this school as a human. There was a lot of stares, but this time I wasn't afraid of everyone. Damien held my hand and interlaced our fingers as we walked to the entrance of the school. We walked to our locker and that's when I saw Sarah and Lauren. I ran up to them with a smile on my face. They asked a bunch of questions and I actually didn't mind answering them all. Lauren then grabbed my left hand and said, "What's this?!" I bit my bottom lip as I stared at the ring. I didn't really think anyone would notice it so fast. "Wait, Damien didn't..." Sarah said as they looked at my face. I'm sure it was written all over my face because they started squealing in excitement which kind of hurt my ears. "Before you say anything else, it's not like it will happen within the year because it most likely won't happen until the future." I reminded them before they totally freaked out on me. They nodded but still had excited grins on their faces.
As we were talking, a familiar smell reached my nose which caused my eyebrows to knit together in confusion because I wasn't sure why it was so familiar. My eyes scanned the hallways and I was met with a pretty shocking sight; I saw Derek and Damien having a civil conversation. I had to blink a few times to make sure what I was seeing was real.
I looked at Lauren and Sarah and said, "Since when did that happen and why is Derek and his friends wearing our school uniforms?"
"You missed a lot when you were gone and you know being tortured and almost dying." Lauren said as her eyes looked behind me.
I turned around and saw Derek and Daniella standing there. I smiled awkwardly at them and said, "Hey guys."
Daniella pulled me into a tight hug which probably would've crushed me if I was still human. "I'm so glad you're better now. We were worried sick about you after you got saved." She told me honestly.
I was really touched by how much everyone cared about; it made me feel really happy that I am able to be friends with such awesome people. Thinking back on everything now, none of this wouldn't have happened if I didn't leave that party early the day I got kidnapped by a bunch of vampires and got put into some human auction.
I wouldn't have meant some amazing people who I now call my friends, known vampires and werewolves actually exist and actually be turned into one, and I wouldn't have ever fallen in love with Damien.

Funny how bad situations end up having such good out comes.

Author's Note: I'm probably going to add another ch to this tht will probably go through the milestones Rose and Damien go through like their wedding, and things like that.
