Mitch heard the news and immediately started jumping around excitedly. The next day he grabbed Scarlet and got her dressed before heading to the airport.
"Daddy, why are we here?" Scarlet asked as they sat at in two chairs, watching the planes land and take off. "Well, your papa was found earlier this week, and they sent him home yesterday." Mitch smiled. Scarlet nodded and looked down as Mitch waited neevously. He was excited to see his husband after so many years.
They waited about twenty minutes, in that time Scarlet decided she wanted to draw. But the second she heard Mitch gasp she looked up. "Come on, it's papa." He smiled as he stood up and held her hand.
Scott sighed when he saw his husband. "Mitch!" He called hefore running to him, wrapping his arms around Mitch's waist and lifting him off the ground, not noticing the little girl watching them shyly. "Scott, oh my god, I thought I lost you." Mitch cried into his neck. "Never." Scott whispered with a soft smile.
