"We did have a chance. That was until I remembered that you left me at the alter."
"That was four years ago. I've changed. I wasn't ready for marriage then. I am now."
"Well that's too damn bad. You had your chance and you blew it."
"I get it Mitch. You were devastated when I left. I understand that and I don't blame you for not trusting me. But you can't keep leading me on like this."
"Leading you on? HA! How do you think I felt when you left? Welcome to my world. Doesn't feel so good does it?"
Greg shook his head. "I broke your heart. But guess what? I have one too."
"So?"
"I broke your heart. And I think you just broke mine." he said as a tear rolls down his cheek. "Guess we're even now huh?"
