Petting and Nuzzling -Nanami X Gaul (Dog Days)

“C’mon! Why can’t you let me pet you!” Nanami whined, looking up at the half man half feline prince trying to stay away from the heroine.

“I-I simply don’t want to!” Gaul replied.

Nanami sighed; this is the tenth time he didn’t want to be petted by Nanami and she doesn’t know the reason why. She paused for a while as if thinking then smirked.

“Fine, I won’t pet you, so get down from there!” Nanami sighed in defeat and watched as Gaul swiftly jumped down from the tree.

Nanami smirked then suddenly she tackled Gaul to the ground. “GOTCHA!”

“Ah! Nanami, get off me!” Gaul yelled as he kicked and struggled out of Nanami’s firm hold.

“C’mon Gaul, just one ruffling of hair!” Nanami insisted, hand extending to pet Gaul’s snowy white hair.

Gaul tried to push her off but failed again. Nanami finally touched his hair then started ruffling it gently; this caused the feline prince to stop. She let him sat up, hand still on his hair.

“Y-Your hand…feels soft…” Gaul commented; a pink hue formed on his cheeks. Nanami smiled at his comment. “Glad you liked it!”

“Can you…pet me again?” Gaul shyly asked, looking at another direction.

Nanami blinked then smiled. “Sure!” Then she started petting again. Gaul could feel her hand moving gracefully behind his ears then she scratched it. “Do you like that?” She asked. Gaul replied with a purr, Nanami took it as a yes then continued petting.

Gaul purred every now and then, his tail started wagging and finds its on Nanami’s back, brushing it gently on her back, she doesn’t seem to mind though.

Gaul never felt this way before, must be the fact he never lets girls pet him. Gaul couldn’t help but lean closer to Nanami and nuzzle her.

Nanami seemed to stop petting to look at the purring Gaul on her lap, she blushed. “D-Don’t stop!” Gaul whined, Nanami smiled, shaking the thought away and continued petting him. She would scratch behind his ears, earning a purr and a nuzzle on the cheek.

Nanami couldn’t help but squeal at the sight beneath her, Gaul’s so cute!

She paused. Wait, did she just say cute? She blushed but continued petting. Sure, Gaul’s cute but she doesn’t really see him cute like the other girls say, well….till now…

She watched as Gaul slowly fall asleep on her lap, she smiled, ruffling his hair then slowly fell asleep too, her back on the trunk of the tree.

“Aren’t they cute, Leon-sama~!” Becky squealed.

“Yeah, they sure are.” Said girl agreed too, nodding.

“Let’s leave them for a while, shall we?” Milhi said, the two followed. While Milhi and Becky were fangirling, Leon glanced back at two, smiling. “Hope you found the one, little brother…” She whispered then followed the dog princess and the heroine of the squirrel kingdom.

Dog Days is an anime filled with half human and half animal hybrid people. Genres of the anime is magic, friendship, comedy and ecchi (yes…it is -_-)

Nanami- the human heroine of the Galette kingdom, ruled by half human and half feline princess, Leon.

Gaul- Leon’s little brother, he doesn’t let girls pet him.
