The light hanging from the tall basement ceiling cast long, looming shadows. It swayed gently, allowing just a little light, just enough to see the man tied up on a rotting wooden chair, and a teenage girl standing before him.

The light reflected off of the pair of scissors the girl was holding. They were long and slender, and incredibly sharp.

The girl's face was still, showing no emotion. Her eyes were half closed, and her hair fell loosely around her shoulders.

She waited patiently for the man to awaken, not moving a muscle. If anyone saw her, they would probably think she was a porcelain doll. Her skin was so pale, and her face so emotionless.

She was niether smiling nor frowning. She just stared at the man.

After what felt like an eternity, the man stirred a little in the chair. He tried to move his arms, but they were roughly tied down. He slowly lifted his head up and allowed his eyes to adjust to the dim lighting. He couldn't remember how he got into the basement in the first place.

A small stream of crimson liquid ran down his face.

The man then noticed the girl standing before him.
"R-Ruby...?" He asked, his voice barely audible.
"Father." Was the reply. The girl showed no emotion in her voice.
"Ruby, darling... What's going on...? Why... Why am I tied down..?" The man whispered, not able to speak very loudly due to the shock of the situation.

However, the girl did not reply. She just kept staring at him.

"Ruby, untie me from this chair at once..." He tried to sound threatening, but he didn't have the strength.

The girl opened her eyes wide, and smiled.

"You think I'm just gonna let you go?! Huh?! Well, do you?! Well if you do, then you're wrong. Oh, oh so wrong!" She laughed hysterically at the man's pathetic state.
"You abused me! You harrased me! You wanted me gone! You did so many terrible things to me, and now you want me to let you go?! You want forgiveness?! Ha! Like that's gonna happen!" She was laughing so much at this point that she started crying.

"Now, it's your turn to suffer. Now, it's your turn to feel my pain!" The girl screamed.

"You freak, you think I'm gonna let you get away with this? I'll call the police, and they'll take you away to the mad house!" The man summoned all his remaining energy to shout at his daughter.

"Ooh, soo scaryy!! I'm soooo scared!"

The man couldn't belive what was happening. He couldn't believe his own daughter would do something like this.

"Oh, I tell you now. When I'm done with you, you ain't gonna have a way to call anyone! How are you supposed yo call someone when you have no hands, huh, dad?!" Her laughter became so loud that she started coughing.

"Please, Ruby... Forgive me..." The man pleaded. But she wouldn't have it. He caused her too much pain already.

"You wish. Now, prepare yourself, dad. I'm gonna finish you once and for all..."
Ruby walked towards the man, stopping right in front of him. She raised her scissors, and slit her own cheek.

She let the blood drip onto the man's face, making him cower in fear.
"How's that, dad? Having fun, you little brat?!" She ran the scissors across the man's forehead until his whole face was covered in the crimson liquid.

Ruby's face once again became emotionless, and she began to speak.

"Ladies and gentlemen, welcome, welcome. Today, your dear host, Ruby Withermore, will be slaughtering this man. His name is John Withermore, and he is the step-father of Ruby. He had murdered her real father when she was only 7, and had said that it was just a car accident. But Ruby went to explore. She found out that it wasn't just a car accident, and that her mother didn't die from drug abuse, as the man had told her,"
She smirked at the man.
"She was poisoned by this here man. But he was smart. He covered up all the evidence, and then managed to adopt Ruby, so he could do whatever he wanted to her..."

The man begged and pleaded for Ruby to stop, but she wouldn't. She continued.

"When Ruby found out, she told the police. But of course, the police wouldn't listen to a 7 year old whose parents had just died..."

Ruby put her hand on the man's face, and whispered into his ear, "I'm gonna have fun with you Ruby, he had said. And now, Ruby's gonna have fun with you too..."
