Dylan's POV:

"Why would someone want revenge on you Mr Booth?"

I stared into the eyes of my interviewer. He had I introduced himself as PC Davies and had been asking me questions about the abduction of Molly, Darby and Joe.

"I don't know," I sighed.

"I've read your books by the way, very gripping," Davies smiled.

"Thanks," I replied. I didn't see what the comment had to do with the interview.

"Do you think the disappearance has anything to do with Kevin? Or Cliff or Mathew or Marlo?"

The severity of the question surprised me as I stared forward, transfixed. The thought hadn't come to me at first, but now it had.

"As you know, the case for finding Daniel is still open. We suspect him to have moved to another country. Do you think he could be behind this?"

It all began to fit together, the disappearance, he could have done it for revenge.

"It could be him!" I exclaimed, excitedly.

"Let's not jump to massive conclusions, but yes, someone could be behind this and it could be Daniel, as he was Kevin's brother," Davies spoke.

"Brother?" I questioned.

"Yes, Kevin had three siblings, 1 sister and two brothers," Davies furrowed is eyebrows, staring at me as if I should've known.

I knew who Kevin's brothers were, and that was Matt and Daniel, but who was the sister?

"Could it be the sister?" I asked, hastily.

"The sister? I am not so sure," Davies hesitantly said, "I could find put her name for you?"

"Please, please," I urged. I wanted to find out the name, see if it was someone I knew.

"Okay. Interview terminated at 3:04 PM. If you will go and step outside," I shot up at this comment and sped out into the corridor, greeted by Emma, Yasmine and Robert.

"You're all here?" I asked.

Yasmine, who had a 4 year old boy clinging to her hand, smiled.

"Emma phoned me and told me about Molly and Darby," Robert said, "It could be the same people behind it. Joe has been spotted. At least I know he isn't..." he stopped, unable to say the word that had swarmed through our minds in the last couple of days.

Suddenly, PC Davies stepped out from the room, and took me aside.

"We can't find the name of Kevin's sister but we think we know someone who can tell us. We want you to try and get the information from him," he took out a file from under his arm and stuck it under my face.

In the left hand corner, a picture was paperclipped on. The picture shown a male and I knew exactly who it was;

Marlo.

Joe's POV:

"You did better than I thought you would, Joe," Daniel congratulated Joe as he sat in the back of the car along with Molly and Darby, who were both in streams of tears.

"You did no hesitations. You did exactly as we said. Go in, get the kids, get out," It was one of the first times Craig had actually spoken to me. He was sat in the passenger seat of the car.

"I just want you three to know that we are not doing this to hurt you, only your parents. But we've got one more to go-" I interrupted Daniel immediately.

"Not Callum! He's only four!" I shouted.

"You will do it Joe. You will sneak into their house, using the key that Yasmine hides beneath the plantpot outside, and you will take Callum. And if you don't, you may as well say goodbye to your dad," Daniel chuckled, a sound I could not bare to hear. A sound that made me sick.

But all in all, I had to take Callum. It was the safest option.

Dylan's POV:

"I'm not coming," Robert adamantly spoke, "Marlo killed Megan don't forget!"

"Robert it's the only option. If Daniel is behind this, we could find out details by visiting Marlo and Daniel's sister. We could get out kids back," I retorted.

"I'm going to see Gina, tell me how it goes," with that he turned and sped through the doors of the police station.

"Are you two coming?" I asked Emma and Yasmine.

They both nodded and we were soon driving to the prison 2 hours away from here. It was hasty but we had to find out something from him.

As Yasmine drove, no words were passed along between us all. Emma sat silently, gazing out into the window. At one point, Marlo had been her lover. And he had betrayed her. It must be hard for her.

Yasmine was concentrating on the road. She was the one who had tried to save Megan when she had been shot. She was the hero of the time.

Callum was also in the car with us, sleeping tightly.  How could he be so calm? I had to keep reminding myself he is only a boy.

As we neared the police station, I realised that it would be late by the time we would return. I didn't care. I had to have answers. Immediately.

Soon enough, we reached Mapperly Fields, which lay on the outside of Mapperly Horizon, the city we were heading for. Callum stirred in his sleep, mumbling to himself. Emma had, which I had only just noticed, a crutch spread across her legs.

With everything that happened, she remained strong. Despite her unfortunate pregnancy and domestic abuse, she carried on for the sake of others.

"This is it," I looked to my right were a vast, gigantic building sat, rows upon rows upon rows of Windows, all with metal bars. This place did not look enticing.

"We don't even know the visiting times," Yasmine said.

"We can just ask, we can get a b&b if needs be," I replied, exiting the car. Emma soon followed whilst Yasmine retrieved the pushchair for callum and placed him in it.

The building looked only made of bricks. The walls were crumbling away.

We walked through the entrance and into the reception, where a ginger woman sat.

"Excuse me? When are visiting hours?" I asked the woman.

"We have one at 11, then at 3, then at 7. You can still see the person at 7, if you wish?" She replied.

"Of course." I replied.

"Who is it you want to see?" She questioned me.

"Marlo."
