Chapter 17

AN: Okay so for this chapter keep in mind that Aiden and Luscious are both the same person. They are Luscious. So I will be refferring to him as Luscious unless it is in Claire's POV or He is with Claire. I'm sorry if it is confusing! Anywhore ENJOY!

Knock knock knock, knock knock knock.

"I'm coming hold on!" I say as run towards the door.

"Open the door!" I hear Luscious's voice. I swing the door open and there he is, but at the moment he is Aiden. It is funny because I heard Luscious's voice but i see Aiden's body. It's going to take some getting used to, this whole Luscious is in Aiden's body for the week, thing.

"Stop staring and let me in." He says walking past me and up the stairs.

"Not used to having to wait for me to open the door I see." I mutter as I walk next to him. It feels so weird that he is walking, in human form next to me.

"No I am not used to it, I have walked into like three walls today! It is so much easier walking through walls and such." He whines quietly as he walks into my bedroom, I shut my door behind us and go back to packing for Claire's house.

"What is with the bag?" Luscious asks grabbing my phone and unlocking it. I have to take a double take, there is Luscious sitting on my bed playing with my phone. I never thought this day would ever come to be in my life.

"I'm going to Claire's remember?" I remind him as I grab some pajamas and shove them in my bag.

"Oh yeah, I forgot! This whole human thing has been draining me." He explains setting my phone down again.

"Understandable." I say and zip up my duffel.

"You should just stay here, I have gotten enough Claire today, and I am sure Semiazas will stay away." He says grabbing my hand, still sending electricty through me, even though he is in Aiden's body.

"We don't know that." I say and he pulls me even closer to him.

"I will only be human for 6 more days, we should enjoy it while we can." He says with a smirk. Well, well, well.

"You posses a human, and become surprising brave." I say.

"Mmm do I?" He asks his smirk growing.

I nod and I giggle as he pulls me on top of him on the bed.

"This is where you belong, right against my skin." He says and he brings his lips up to mine and kisses me. His hands run up my back and mine go straight for his hair. The kiss is passionate but we aren't attacking each other. We are taking our time and enjoying it while we can because, although I hate to admit it, this will not last forever. He will soon have to give up Aiden's body, but for the moment he is human, and I can kiss him, so I will.

He pulls away.

"I wish I wasn't dead" He whispers and I nod, way to make a good moment sad!

"Me too, but you are alive at the moment." I say and lean back down and kiss him again.

He pulls away again.

"Okay we have 6 more days, we need to get you to Claire's before Semiazas shows up and hurts someone." He says and sits up.

"I thought you said he would leave us alone if you are Aiden?" I ask backing up off of his lap.

"We don't know that for sure." He says.

"Well nothing in the world is 'for sure'. Who knows the world could end tomorrow, or we could be abducted by aliens, or a zombie apocalypse could-"
