Toronto is a very busy place but I love it, I love how the people know where they want to go, I love watching them run around, and I love being one of those people. I don't know where I'll be in a couple of years but I do know where I'll be in a couple of minutes, my new home in the big T.O.

As I pull up to my apartment building I get nervous and excited because I'm living on my own now which means I can make all of my own decisions and I can come and go as I please. I walked to the elevator with my two rabbits and my two cats along with my clothes and press the floor 2 button.

Apartment 23. Apartment 23. APARTMENT 23! I repeated that sentence in my head the whole elevator ride up to floor 2 which wasn't very long. As I near my apartment door I start drop things.

"Do you need help?" A husky voice soothed my ears.

"Um, yeah. Please if you don't mind."

"No, no I don't mind." He grabbed my animal cages and carried them in.

"Cory!" A whiny voice came through the hall.

"I'm right here!"

"Is that your girlfriend?" Referring to the girl.

"Ummmm no actually. That's my side chick." He looked at me rubbing his neck.

"Hahaha! You're funny."

"No I'm serious."

"Oh. Wow. Well thanks for helping me with my things. Have fun with your night." I snickered.

He waved and went to his apartment that was just across the hall. I shut the door and let my cats, Laila and Alice out and set up my rabbits cages. I spent the rest of the night putting my clothes where they should be and getting used to my new home.

I woke up in the morning to a crash which made me jump up and got the kitchen area where I see that my cats had knocked over some flowers that my sister had gave me when she came with me to set my place up.

"C'mon guys, really!" I whined as if my cats could understand me.

KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK

I sighed as I dragged myself to the door.

"Ah, hello?" I rubbed my eyes.

"Hey." It was Cory.

"Oh, um can I help you with something?" I narrowed my brow in confusion as to why he was at my door.

"No I thought I could help you with something."

"And that is..."

"I'm going to show you around town." He walked to my couch and sat down.

"What!?"

"Go get dressed."

I strangely obeyed him and got dressed.

"Okay, I'm ready."

"Cool. Let's go."
