"Dad, do we have to move?" I was packing clothes and things I needed in my suitcase. "Yes, Jason, or do you want to live in a partially destroyed house?" I knew my dad was being sarcastic, but it was true. Last week a hurricane hit our house. Everyone survived, but my dog, Max, fell unconscious.  I grabbed Max's leash and dog food bowl. "Jason, where are you?" That was my mom. "You left Max in the backyard! What have I told you about that?" I sighed. Max ran into my room and I put him in his kennel. I went downstairs and loaded the kennel in the trunk of our van. Back in my room I grabbed my plane ticket and got in the van.

An hour later I awoke and Mom and Dad were in the back unpacking our van. We were at the airport. I unbuckled my seat belt and went to help them. As we went into the plane, Max broke out of his kennel. The other plane passengers started screaming and freaking out. "MAX!" I yelled. I whistled and he went back into his kennel. I closed and locked it. Then a flight attendant told me to put Max under the plane. After I got in my seat, the plane took off.

About the time we were over a forest, a storm started. It was crazy for about half and hour. Then suddenly lightning struck the plane and the plane was going down. I screamed the whole time. Then the flight attendant said over the intercom "I'm sorry. Please. Keep your seat belts buckled! We're going down!" I buckled my seat belt tighter and tighter until we crashed the plane hit a tree, and ricocheted down to the ground. The impact knocked me out.
