Chapter 1

(ELIZABETH IS PLAYED BY SELENA GOMEZ)

"Your turn Liz!" I herd Alexa squeal.

I could already feel my stomach ready to puke and ruin this entire game of truth or dare. Why was I here? I questioned myself for the hundredth time. Oh yeah Jenna said this slumber party was going to be "fun."

"Um." I said nervously.

"Truth or dare isn't really my game i think ill pass." I said trying to stay calm. Why am i here when i could be home studying in my perfect queen sized bed.

"C'mon Elizabeth!" Jenna practically begged. "It's just a game its not like we're going to make you streak!" Jenna said giggling.

"Please just one game." Alexa pouted with her sad puppy dog face.

"Fine." I finally replied. This isn't going to turn out well i said to myself.

"Oo I have one!" Jenna yelled way too loud.

"Tomorrow at school you have too talk to Harry." Jenna said twirling her brown hair with her fingers with a smile across her face. As soon as she said the words "talk" and "Harry" i felt like someone just punched me in my stomach.

I have been crushing on Harry for ages. He is literally perfection but he's a player. I'm pretty sure he's with a different girl every night. Usually i wouldn't like someone like Harry but i cant help how perfect he is.

"Liz you okay?" Alexa said waving

her hand in my face.

"Yeah I'm fine but i don't think I can talk to Harry tomorrow." I said meaning it. I would love to talk to Harry if i wasn't who I was. A shy 17 year old who is practically a nerd and who spends their free time watching classic movies and studying. When Harry Styles is out partying with a different girl every night.

"It won't be that bad I promise you." Jenna said trying to cheer me up.

"I'll try but I'm not promising anything." Did those words just leave my mouth?

"Can we just go to bed now?" I said rudely. I cant help but feel the way i feel! My friends knew i was way to shy to talk to Harry and know they back fired on me.

Finally the lights went out and i quickly forced myself to sleep. Honestly i need it.

I finally woke up and crawled out of bed.

"Morning sunshine." Alexa said. Alexa is always the first one up. She practically lives on her phone and cant go without it. Alexa had her dirty blonde hair up into a high messy bun.

"Morning." I said back yawning. I quickly checked my phone. I had no text messages or missed calls thankfully. Last thing i need is my mom calling me and complaining about my messy room. I checked the time and realized it was a school day and I needed to get ready.

I reach out my arm and grab my bag.

"I'm going to get ready in the bathroom." I told Alexa.

"Okay don't take long." She responded back.

I rush to the bathroom and quickly change into dark skinny high-waisted jeans with a cropped floral top. I curled my hair with slightly waves. I usually don't wear make up but today i needed too look good for Harry. I grabbed Jenna's make up bag and put on a thin line of eyeliner and mascara. I almost didn't recognize myself when I looked in the mirror.

I walked back Ito Jenna's room and once i walk in they both state at me like i am a ghost.

"What?" I said staring at them.

"Uh nothing." Jenna said chocking on her breath.

"You ready to talk to Harry?" Alexa asked me.

"Ready then ill ever be."
