Scotty stood up and started tapping on his glass with a spoon. "I would like to make a toast, not only to all of my friends who I was able to walk the stage with tonight but also my amazing fiancé. I never thought this year would turn out the way it did but I'm so glad it did. Today was a huge step for everyone here but hopefully its not the last one. Summer this morning I told you I had a surprise for you and I'm ready to show you what it is for the past few weeks I've been looking at some houses and as of yesterday we now own a house on 82 acres just outside of Garner" I looked up at Scotty in shock "Scotty seriously!?" "I told you I will do anything to make you happy we can take a look at it after dinner if you would like" he said smiling before taking a bite of his steak. "Umm yea I would like!!!" We all continued to eat having a little chit chat between bites. I could only eat part of my shrimp fettuccine but Scotty ate all of his steak and the rest of my food. "Scott you sure you aren't the pregnant one" Colin laughed while nudging me on the shoulder. "Man shut up you know I love shrimp and if I didn't eat it it would have been thrown away." All I could do was smile. I laid my head on his shoulder "Can we go yet I'm ready to see my house" I whispered into his ear. "Yea let's go" he grabbed my hand and stood up. "Hey guys were leaving I'm gonna take Summer to the new house I'll see y'all tonight" Will looked at Collin before they both stood up "Can we go to we wanna see" he said while poking his bottom lip out and batting his eyes. "Na y'all can see it later when we have a house warming party" Scott said pushing our chairs in. We walked out of the restaurant hand in hand. Scotty opened the truck door and helped me in he ran to the other side. Driving down the road I leans my head back "you ok?" He asked resting his hand on my belly. "Ya I'm fine but your children won't stop fighting and giving me gas" I said rolling my window down. "Oh that's what the smell is I didn't want to say anything" he said with this huge cocky grin on his face. "Scotty Cooke McCreery... I said rolling the window back up so he had to smell the awful stench"
We drove for 30-45 minutes my eyes started to close. "Hey wake up you can't go to sleep on me we're almost home" I opened my eyes as he pulled in front of a huge black gate with SSM in the middle. He leaned over and punched a code into the little box and the gates swung open. My mouth opened in aw it was so pretty. "Close your mouth before you get flys stuck in there you haven't seen anything yet." I smiled while grabbing his hand as he drove down a long driveway. It felt like we were driving forever so far it was beautiful out here there were trees everywhere but it still let the sun shine threw on the lush green grass. Finally there was a break in the trees. I couldn't believe what was in front of me, a beautiful 2 story brick house. It was everything I could ever imagine and more. "Scotty its huge! How did you get this place its...." "amazing? I know. It was a family friends summer house. He's gotten to old to take care of it now so he sold it for a pretty good deal I couldn't pass it up. Come on you have to see the inside" he said jumping out of the truck. "Actually can we go to the barn first." I let out a little laugh while looking just past the corner of the house. "Haha really Summer why am I not surprised" he grabbed my hand and led me to the barn it's beautiful I wouldn't mind living in it. There's 21 stalls all with automatic feeders and waters. The whole barn had working a/c and heaters the tack room was already filled with brand new tack. There was 2 arenas one indoor and the other outside but it was covered. I could already see Blue Jeans head poking out of the stalls. I walked up and slid my hand across is face "your such a good boy huh." I heard a little knicker a few stalls down. I turned to Scotty "what was that?" " why don't you walk down there and find out yourself" I smiled and looked into the stall two doors down. 2 miniature ponies meat me at the gate. "What's this for?" "Well our kids are gonna need to know how to ride right?" I smiled before wrapping him in a hug. "You ready to see the house?" We walked along a paved path to the front of the house. Scotty put the key into the door and opened it. My jaw dropped it was amazing. "Scotty this place is huge" he grabbed my hand and led me threw the house. The living room alone was bigger than my house. The kitchen was beautiful, marble counter tops wood cabinets stainless steal appliances. "Is this really ours" " yep I wanted everything to be perfect for you and our little ones. Come on you gotta see the rooms" he lead me up the stairs. The first room was a light purple color with toys a crib and a changing table nicely placed against the wall with Dakota Taylor in block letters on the wall. Across the hall was another room set up exactly the same but was baby blue with Brantley Tyler. "Scotty when did you do all this its perfect" " I had some time on my hands while you were taking finals last month" he lead me to a room next to the nursery. "Now this room I have been working on the longest and I just wanted to make sure it was perfect" I opened the room beautiful violet walls filled the room pictures hung on the walls a twin bed set in the middle of the room with Olivia hung above it. "Scotty what is this" "since your family is away so often I wanted to make sure your little sister had a place here. Do you think she'll like it" " No. She'll love it I can't believe you did all of this" " if you love this room so much I hope you still love our room" he wrapped me in a hug before leading me to the final room in the hallway. He slowly opened the door the reveal a beige room with a furniture placed neatly around the room. He lead me into the bathroom which could be a whole room by itself. There was a a huge counter with double sinks and a full body mirror. Across the room was a walk-in shower and jacuzzi. "Wow this place is really way to much for us Scotty" "you haven't even seen the whole house yet. There's 3 more rooms down the hall a game room and 2 more bathrooms and its never to much you said you wanted a big family plus we have extra rooms when friends and family come to visit." "Scotty honestly this is the best thing ever I can't believe it's all ours. When do we move in?" "I was actually hoping to move the rest of our stuff in tonight" I smiled and headed for the door.
We drove back to the house it took about an hour but I passed out after being in the truck for 10 minutes. After a short nap I woke up to Scott lightly shaking my shoulder. "Hey baby girl we're back" I slowly unbuckle my seatbelt and swung my legs out the side of the truck. I sat there for a moment just stared it into the world. "Watcha looking at?" Scotty questioned as he grabbed my hand and helped me out of the truck. "I'm just thinking about everything we have going on the next few months" " ya we do have it pretty busy but I'm really excited for everything God has in store for our beautiful little family" We walked into the house Judy, Mike, Ashley, Trent, Olivia, Will and Collin were all gathered in the living room watching tv. "OMG I MISSED YALL" Collin yelled jumping off the couch to tackle Scotty to the ground. "Dude its only been a few hours" Scotty said trying to get off the ground. "I know but I've been trapped here missing you with your crazy sister" I could help but let out a little laugh "he's not wrong" Trent said before giving Ashley an apologetic look. " HEY!!! I'm right here!! I can hear y'all" Ashley said after putting her hands on her hips. "It's ok Ash were all a little crazy" I giggled before pulling Scott to his feet. "So when you gonna show us that amazing house" Will yelled from across the room "Y'all can come see it this weekend. After we get settled in." "Hell ya we can party like old times" Mrs. Judy looked at Scotty real quick "like old times?" "Ya mama the 3 of us would hung out back and play baseball and watch movies all night" Scotty said with a awkward grin while rubbing the back of his neck. "mmmhmm what ever you say" Mrs. Judy just gave him a look and everyone busted out laughing. "Well me and Summer are going up stairs to pack some clothes we're staying the night at the house tonight" when we got upstairs I just payed down on the bed. Scotty came up and grabbed my hands "haha that's not gonna work for you this time come on I can't do this all by myself you have to help me." "Ughh you do realize I've been up all day and I just want to sleep right" "you can sleep later right now we gotta get packed so we can go home" he said with s little smile. I jumped up and started throwing clothes from the closet on to the bed. It only took 30 minutes to get all of our clothes packed into the back of the truck. Scotty went in to tell everyone bye and we would see them tomorrow. I grabbed my truck keys from the hook by the front door. "Scotty I'm hungry" I complained walking to my truck across the yard. "Your always hungry Summer" I just gave him a look. "Ok fine I'll pick something up along the way home. I'll meet you there in a bit. I love you be careful" "love you to. Don't forget I need a lot of food." "Yeah yeah what ever makes you happy"
I got in my truck and headed home. It wasn't just any home but it was our home. Where my two little munchkins will grow up where Scotty and I will grow old together. I never thought my life would end up like this. I would have never imagined I would marry someone and have two beautiful kids on the way. Have a beautiful house to go home to every night. My life is honestly amazing I couldn't ask for anything more. I was off in a day dream when all I could see were lights came flying at me. I couldn't breath my windshield was shattered blood dripping down my face. I could here people yelling in the distance but I could understand them. That's when everything went black.....

Hey guys I know it's been a while again... but I'm now on summer break so hopefully I can get some more stories out pretty soon. I've been working on this one for a few days now but I'm glad to finally get it out. Tell me what you think in the comments 😃
