It's finally saturday we are having a dawn quiddich practice to train our only new team member Draco. He isn't really new but we use that as an excuse to get Snape to let us practice

"come on Draco we have to get you trained" I say draco was already going to be the new seeker I knew that with the members of the team that where there last year. Which is everyone but our former seeker. But Draco got us all new nibus 2001s.

"yeah Malfoy your lucky we got Snape to let us take this practice spot" we all headed out in our green slytherin uniforms and new brooms. Even though me and Draco aren't the most intimidating people I would probably avoid our quittich team at all cost.

Me and Draco where in the middle of the group hidden by flint our captain and one of the chasers. Our two beaters who are like brick walls they are both 5th years Andrew and anthony. Then there is rob who is keeper me and Draco where talking to him along with Elizabeth our last chaser.

We where about half way to the pitch when the gryffandor team comes out. "what are you doing here slytherins" Oliver wood asks really we are taking there spot this won't end well

"got permission from snape to train our knew seeker." flint says giving a glare like the one i got when i helped harry last year instead of scoring.

"who's your knew seeker" George asks we move a out of the way to show Draco. I notice hermione and ron coming to see what was going on shot this will be even worst.

"Malfoy" Harry says bitterly. But everyone else was looking at our new brooms.

"are those nimbus 2001s" Angelina says we nod hermione and Ron get within hearing range.

"why aren't you guys practicing and what's Malfoy doing here" Ron says what is there deal with draco i mean there a whole quittch team standing here the majority more intimidating than draco but he asks what he is doing here.

"because I'm the new slytherin seeker Weasley everyone was just admiring the new brooms my father brought the team" shot this just got worst I know Draco doesn't know but he just set him self up for a hermione rant.

"well at least the gryffindors didn't have to buy there way onto the team they got in with pure talent" I cover draco's mouth knowing he was going to say something we would all regret.

"sirius what are you doing granger can't talk to me like that" draco whispers

"Draco there are gryffindors right there think before you say something" Draco realized what I was getting at.

During this side discussion rob says "Malfoy didn't need to buy his way on the team stupid gryffindor" Draco smiles at this.

"don't call hermione stupid she is smarter than all of you put together" Katie bell says.

"I personally doubt that" I say katie Alice oliver and Angelina all glared at me. what im third in the year and hermione isnt smart than a bunch of older kids!

"you probably just get good grades by cheating" Alice says I see Harry tap her shoulder.

"be easy she still my sister"

"thanks Harry"he smiles sheepishly at me. he knew i was rather annoyed at least we werent next to the ravenclaws stupid know it alls.

"come on team we have practice" flint says

"we got a note signed by Snape" flint says taking it out they almost made me make a fake note because i know snape the best but i just got sanpe to actually sign it.
