~Dan's POV~
Elizabeth and Phil seem to be getting along fairly well! I was glad; I was so afraid she would close up. I actually saw a smile on her face, which was relieving because she seemed very worrisome and sad when she first came.
I couldn't really express how happy I was that my little sister was here. Her looks hadn't changed much, though her bright personality seemed to be diluted a bit. I really hope she was okay.
"So what's your favourite animal?" Phil casually asks El. I smile at the bonding question.
"Tiger! I don't quite know why, I've just always loved them," Elizabeth quickly replies.
I remember her drawing hundreds of tigers in a notebook, giving them as cards, and handing them out to me.
I grinned.
~Elizabeth's POV~
This was quite fun and no awkward atmosphere hung in the air. Phil was so sweet and we liked a lot of the same things. I kept glancing at him in the back, his cute smile infectious.
"Cute smile?" I asked myself.
I scold myself. I wasn't falling for him.
And I wouldn't allow myself to, even if I was.
It would never be requited, anyway.
