I said i'd die for you (sad emo love story)

There was once a girl named Melonie.
She was picked on at school....for being heavy. She thought that if she died then nobody would care until....she met a boy....named Dametri. She saw him sitting alone at a table one day. She got up and walked over to him and asked

"What's wrong?"

....no reply. She left his table thinking he caught a glimpse of her in the corner of his eye and ignored her. When she went back to her table she sat an cried. He walked over and asked

"What's wrong?"

She didn't answer... So he asked louder and she ran out of the classroom thinking he was mimicking her. He asked everyone what her number was. He found it. That night he called her

Melonie- "Hello?"

Dametri- "hi."

Melonie- "Who is this?"

Dametri- "It's Dametri from school."

*LONG PAUSE*

Dametri- "Hello?"

Melonie- "Sor..."

He had hung up. The next day at school he talked to her

"Melonie why'd you hang up last night?"

"I didn't"

"How'd the phone line go dead then?"

"It didn't"

*LONG PAUSE*

"Melonie can you speak to me?"

"Why did you call?!"

She said almost screaming at him.

"Huh?"

He had no idea what she had been talking about.

"YES! You mocked me!"

She was crying quietly to herself.

"I'm so sorry but I wasn't mocking you I asked you a simple question"

Why didn't you answer me when I asked you the same question?"

"I saw you"

She finally looked up and he saw that she was crying but now she was crying harder thinking he was making fun of her. She stood up an ran away from him as fast as she could not seeing where she was going since her eyes were blurred with tears. She stopped leaned against the wall and sat on the floor crying, but she didn't realize Dametri had run after her to see if she was ok. He picked her up and hugged her then looked into her beautiful golden green eyes and said

"I saw how beautiful you were and I didn't want to say anything stupid but.... I realized the stupidest thing I said was nothing"

She smiled and he wiped her tears away. He hugs her tightly. They continue to talk....she falls in love quickly. One night he walked her home.

"Dametri I need to tell you something"

"You can tell me anything"

"I love you"

*SHORT PAUSE*

"I....do....too"

They hugged and she went inside. The next day at school she said

"I've loved you with all my heart I love you so much"

She leans in to kiss him but he pulls away. He said

"I've loved you but...I've given my heart to someone else"

*VERY LONG PAUSE*

"Melonie I'm sorry"

She runs home walks through the kitchen and grabs the sharpest knife she can find and goes to her room.she sits there crying and screaming just looking at the blade at the end of her bed. She screams

"WHY CAN'T HE LOVE ME AS MUCH AS I LOVE HIM"

She continues crying and cuts her wrists deep. bleeding she gets off the bad and gets on the floor knowing she has minutes to live. Her phone rings.... it was Dametri.

"Melonie I'm sorry I changed my mind and I only love you"

Melonie whispers something.

"I..it's....t..t..to...l...la..late"

She hangs up the phone. She dies quickly, quietly, peacefully, alone. he runs to her house and goes into her bedroom. He sees her lying there...dead...alone...cold. he crystal seeing her there breathlessly. he picks up the blade she used takes off his shirt and carves 'I've only loved her' in his chest. He lays down next to her slits his wrists and tries to hold her and but there's a note in her hand.... he takes it slowly and reads it... it says 'look up' so he does in blood on the ceiling it says 'Demetri, I know your here right now, I know you never loved me and I said that I would love you and I would die for you' As Demetri started to cry the blood dripped and he continued reading 'I did.' He whispers his last breath he says

" I love you my Melonie"
