The One Direction star completed his four-night residency Thursday night in a seat beside James Corden for a pre-recorded "carpool karaoke" session.
The pair bashed out the British singer's No. 1 solo hit "Sign of the Times," and "Sweet Creature," both lifted from his debut solo album, Harry. Styles confessed he sometimes gets swept away with emotion when he performs "Times." Sure he cries, but he insists he does it in "a cool way" (whatever that means). His mom also cried when she heard the album. And being a Styles, she did it in "a cool way," we learned.

Styles and Corden also tried out some dodgy clubbing threads, smashed out OutKast's "Hey Ya" and the Lionel Richie/ Diana Ross duet "Endless Love" (guess who took on Diana duties), and rehearsed lines from Notting Hill ("why do I always have to be Julia Roberts?") and Titanic.
