Chapter 11: Pursuit

Hannah didn't know where she belong as she was different, but she was letting fear cloud her judgment. Her place is where ever her family is, she belongs here in the beast world, with kumatetsu her father, bo, Tatara, lozen, his family and Ace. But she also belongs in the human world, with her grandmother and...and Danny. She opens her eyes and makes a decision, she won't let fear cloud her judgement, she won't hesitate, she won't hesitate to protect her family.

"I'm sorry" kumatetsu looks at Hannah confused by the look in her eyes and her tone, the way she said it fills him with dread, Hannah grabs his shoulder and pushes him behind him. Kumatetsu's eyes widen in horror as he sees a sword going through her. everyone is silent until a maniacal laugh gets rid of the silence.

"I was aiming for Kumatetsu but maybe this is better, after all the only reason he won was because of you, right Hannah?" He shouts his name as a hole of darkness opens on his chest, Hannah watches as her blood drips on the floor, a dark hand forms on the handle of the sword, and with one push of his hand the sword goes in deeper making everyone gasp. ichirohiko stops laughing as he sees Hannah still standing, however what makes him stop is her scarlet eyes staring him down with no hint of pain on her face.

"Stop your acting" ichirohiko growls,

"What the hell is that supposed to mean" Hannah smirks as she takes out the sword blood dropping everywhere, Hannah's hair starts turning reddish brown again, she glares at ichirohiko, with whatever strength left she throws it. ichirohiko flinches, however it flys past him and Hits something else.
A black hole opens where the sword hit showing two dark figures.

"I was right, she could see our magic" a girls monotone voice says,

"So I underestimated her so what?" A High pitched woman's voice says, dark hands start forming out of it and surrounds ichirohiko.

"You can mess with me, but if you mess with my friends" Hannah glares up at the black hole.

"I'll find you and destroy" the woman inside grins.

"That is, if you live" she taunts as the hole closes taking ichirohiko, Hannah's form returns to normal and she falls on the ground her body bloody,

"Hannah!" Everyone who she consider her family shouts, but the loudest is Kumatetsu as he holds her body and starts sobbing, their bond could have became stronger into that of father and daughter, he can't lose another one, not his daughter.

"Hannah, hannah, get up dear" Hannah opens her eyes and finds herself back at her house, the one her mother got when she moved away from the other Lin's, she gasp as she sees that she's naked, she blushes and covers her boobs,

"Hannah" she looks up at the door, something is calling her, pulling her soul, so she gets up feeling no exhaustion from being stabbed. She opens the door and looks around warily, because she's naked and she remembers those two from before.

'There's no way they put darkness in ichirohiko, he would have had to have darkness in him, even the smallest dot of darkness and they could control it' Hannah thinks as she looks around.

"Soul magic" she jumps at hearing her mother's voice, she follows the direction to her mother's former room. A faint glow is shining under the door, lighting the hallway a bit.

'It is dark out here' she opens the door, expecting to see her mother, but all she finds is a sword, her father's sword.

"You can't win, not on your own" Hannah steps closer realizing that her mother's voice is actually coming from the sword.

"I wish I can help you in your future battles but this is my duty, my magical power will assist you in saving your friend" Hannah grabs the handle feeling a rush of power going into her, she looks up and sees two other hers, one covered in darkness, and the other her beast form,
