"Noona."

I held my breath as I turned my face away from the chapter we were supposed to do an assignment on to glare at Jungkook.

"I told you not to call me that." I told him, making him chuckle lightly.

"In Korean culture we have to." He shrugged with a small smirk on his lips.

I couldn't help but roll my eyes at him. "But we speak English here and I'm not even Korean." I fired back.

He didn't back off though, instead leaning in to whisper in my ear. "I'm just being polite and showing my respect, noona."

I sighed deeply before concentrating on the large book lying in front of me again. "That still doesn't make any sense because you're older than me. Why on earth would you call me noona?" I mumbled softly while highlighting a sentence.

I smiled slightly as I knew I had won this time by the sound of Jungkook's loud groan. "Any girl would be dying for me to call her noona, younger or not, and you just go and shit all over it." He whined as he leaned back in his seat.

My smile grew wider as the librarian appeared, telling him to shut it. "Anyways, now I have your attention, can I ask you something?" He whispered once she left to return to her work again.

I quickly suppressed a snort. "You don't have my attention. I need to study this so I can at least pass my first ever exam." I mumbled without sparing him a glance.

It was only my fourth day at the academy, but to my delight our biology lecturer had insisted I should take the test next week, just like everyone else. So other than bearing Jungkook's annoying presence and Yoongi's torturing lessons, I had spent most my time in the library on the west side of the campus, trying to learn about bender genetics and DNA.

"I'll tell you the answers if you let me ask you my question." Jungkook offered.

I huffed softly. "As if you have them."

He chuckled before leaning in again to speak close to my ear. "You're forgetting I'm repeating this year, noona. Biology is my best subject and I also happen to know Mr. Nim doesn't change his tests." He spoke smugly.

I sighed in defeat, knowing I didn't really have a choice. "Fine." I hissed. "What is it?"

He inhaled sharply before speaking. "Please come to my party this Saturday night?" He asked with a high pitched voice, every hint of smugness abandoned.

I snorted loudly before writing something down in my notebook.

"No."

His eyes widened at my short answer. "What, no?" He quickly cleared his throat as the librarian shot him another glare.

"Why are you like this?" He whined softly, making me giggle. "Because, I need to study for this stupid test and to be honest I'd rather have a marathon training with Yoongi this weekend than go to your stupid party." I answered truthfully.

He let out a loud sigh before continuing. "I already told you I will tell you the answers! Please, it's to celebrate I passed the highest grade of sword fighting last week." He pouted.

"Good for you, but no." I sighed, annoyed with his presence now. "Can you please, like, leave? Go pester some other girl who would actually enjoy it." I waved him off before focusing on the numerous sheets of paper lying in front of me.

To my relief, he was silent for a while as I heard him shuffle awkwardly in his seat.

"You'll also get to meet all of BTS there! They really want to meet you!" He tried, his puppy eyes pleading as I looked up again.
