Gemini and Pisces: Dinner With The Parents

This is a continuation from the zodiacs texting chapter, so if you haven't read that you should reed it first.

Gemini's POV:

So, I've been dragged to this dinner with my mum to meet Pisces and her dad since they have been dating. It's not like I have anything against Pisces, but being her brother, or whatever would just be weird. It didn't help that she blurted it out to the others. Ugh, I really hate this. Just then I got a call from Scorpio.

"Hello?" I answer.

"hey, heard about your mum and Pisces dad," he says sadly. Hearing me sigh throw the phone he tries to cheer me up.

"Hey, it can't be that bad,"

"I guess," I say in return.

"What do you know, it might be cool to kind of be siblings," he says and I boil up with anger.

"What! No, it wouldn't! Don't say anything like that again!" I yell into the phone.
"Okay, okay, sorry. What's so bad about Pisces anyway?" He asks confused.

"Nothing, I just don't want her to be my sister,"

"Oh, sorry I gotta go Leo is dragging me somewhere," he says before hanging up the phone.

"Cya," I say after he had already hung up. What I said was true. I mean, there is nothing wrong with Pisces, but sister, no way. I get my jacket and go to the car. My mum tries to talk to me on the way there but I just ignore her. I can't believe she's actually doing this. We arrive at the restaurant and meet Pisces and her dad inside. She shyly greets my mum with a smile and is doing everything she can to not look me in the eye. I guess she's afraid because I got angry at her for letting it slip to the others. I hated the thought of her being my sister, but I hate the thought of her being afraid of me even more. With that in mind, I give her a smile and she smiles back. Her dad is kind and cheerful, a really lively man. He also shows interest in getting to know me. Pisces has a few chats with my mum but she is quite shy about it. The dinner ended and our parents told us to wait outside while they paid. It was cold and I could feel myself shaking in my jacket. I looked towards Pisces and released she was shaking too. We were sitting down the whole dinner and I didn't notice it then, but she is wearing a pretty teal green dress. I stared for a bit as its light fabric blow in the wind. I think I just realised why I hated the thought of her being my sister so much. I watched as we waited for our parents. Her hair was blowing in the cold wind and I took off my jacket.

"Here," I say as I put it over her shoulders.

"I'm sorry I got angry at you for telling the others," I say and she whispers a reply.

"It's okay,"
