It was a normal day, and I was out shopping with my best friend Lauren.We were bunking off school, as usual. It would have been better if all five of us went out, but Amy, Lucy and Sally were at school cuz it ws pe, and this apparently cute guy joined our class. He had abs and muscles and his name was Max. His honey coloured hair hung just above his eye nearly covering a scar that stopped a few centimetres after his eye. His skin was a nice tanned colour. He actually is kinda cute, but I promised myself no guys this year. We were taking our exams this year and I didn't want anything to get in the way of getting my A's.
"Jess! " shouted Max
" What do you want? " Replied Jessica
"Erm... I heard you're like really good at maths" He stuttered
"Yeah...and?" she said
" well, I could really use some help, i'm kinda flopping at maths" he said shyly
"so... i'll see you today at 5:30 in the big park. Bring your books and i'll be with you for four hours so be prepared" she answered
"Okay i'll meet you there at 5:35" he joked
"But wait, isn't this kinda like a date?" i questioned
Max started racking through his brain for a good explanation
"No!" He said. as he walked away to the Jocks and started smiling.
