It's been a week since Manik & nandini's last conversation. Manik doesn't have time to even rest so calling her is not an option.
Nandini knew what stress he's in so she doesn't bother him with her calls.

But everyday they miss each other. They were now habitual by each other's presence & now each other's absence is bothering them.

Nandini just message him once a day so he knew she misses him which makes him smile ear to ear. Everyday he's desperate to find the culprit not because of his reputation but because he knew he have to be somewhere soon.

Manik is sitting in his office. It's evening now & most of the staff has already left. Manik called Aman in his cabin. After a while he heard a knock on the door. Aman entered & manik gestured him to sit.

"So what you have got? It's been a week I hope you got some news." Manik said in a stern tone.

"Yes sir. As I have told you there are only three people in the accounts department as it's very confidential so it was easy for us to know. Four days ago I hired some people to keep a close eye on those three.  Karan who's been working here for three months has nothing to do with it. Ananya is also clean as nothing is suspicious on her too but Mr. Sharma who's been working here for past 15 years has some suspect on him." Aman said.

Manik who was revolving the paper weight stopped after listening him.

"It's confirmed that he was working for Saxena Lmt.industries because he was seen taking money from saxena's P.A a lot of times." Manik alerted at saxena.

"You mean Harshad Saxena's company?" Manik asked suspiciously.

"Yes sir & his company is going through major crisis. He knew that right now our company has most of the investors & is toping in every aspect. Maybe that's why he did this."

Manik cursed under his breath because now everything was making sense.

"Call Mr. Sharma in my cabin. I know he must be working now." Manik ordered & aman rushed to call him.

After 15 minutes they both were in manik's cabin.

"Yes sir you called me?" A man in his late 40s asked who was Mr. Sharma.

"Sit" he ordered.

He does as said because he was really intimidated by manik.

Manik got up from his chair & stood near him leaning on the table.

"How much you have been paid?" Manik asked in a really calm yet dangerous tone.

Mr sharma's face paled at his questions.

"Wh………whhhaat are yo………you talking about?" He asked stammering.
"You know what I'm talking about you traitor." Manik shouted banging his hand on the table.

He was so scared by seeing manik's anger that he confessed everything.

"I'm so sorry sir. Harshad blackmailed me to do that. He said that if I will not do this then he will harm my family. I have been working here for past 15 years. I have been loyal to you & this company. This company has given me so much then why would I betray you. He chose me to do that because he knew no one will suspect as I have been working here from so long." Mr sharma told everything cryingly.

"You liar if you were being blackmailed then why the hell will you take money from him." Manik shouted.

"Because my mother is suffering from cancer that's why I need money to make her better. I'm so sorry sir. I know I deserve to get kicked out from here but I'm really sorry I was being blackmailed"
