Restraining vindictiveness
With the comfort of karma
Blanketing resentment
In a veil of strong front
Patiently waiting for a twist of fate
When all airs of superiority shall evaporate
And the empire built on power will dissolve
Down will come the crumbling pride
Ego and self esteem
All gone
Religion will spice up the process
Rituals shall be performed
To rejuvinate rotten luck
But no aid will come to them
Tit for tat, they will come to know
Is as real as their mother's womb
Regret will then claw in
Deepening with every second
Tearing apart the leftover vainity
And that will mark the end of revenge
No harm done to the one who restrained
And none to the one who did the wrong
Just a process of evolution
Constructed by nature to moderate
Humans and inhumane people alike
To evolve morals once every while
To keep up with the era
To keep up with time
Till the end of times.
