They were gone. Mhairie and Dearlea had disappeared into the rushing water. Faolan cried as he jumped into the sea.
“If they are gone, my life isn't worth it." He landed on a raft of wood...crushing Dearlea. Mhairie stood in terror. “WHAT HAVE YOU DONE!" Mhairie screeched. Faolan jumped off the wood raft yelling “I love you, but I must die for this horrible doing!"
A moment before he ran out of breath, his paw was mended.
