"Daddy, don't leave me!" My little girl, the light in my life desperately yelled trying to get to me.

"Ellieanna, I love you, and I'll always be with you. I'm only leaving to protect you. I'll see you again, someday. Not tomorrow. I'm not sure when, but someday we will see one another again. And know that I love you are my light." I said kneeling down to her height. She ran at me and hugged me.

"I love you Daddy." She said.

"Now be a good girl." I say.

"I will Daddy." She said. She is real smart for an almost three year old. I gave her one last kiss on the forehead and followed Miss Peregrine away from my daughter. My Ellieanna.

I wake up in a cold sweat. I have that dream ever sense I left her. I miss her. She is peculiar. Just like me. I look at the clock. 6:45. There will be a new peculiar today. Can't wait. (note the sarcasm)
I try to go back to sleep and after about 20 minutes I am out like a light.
