5's POV
So... They're official now huh?" I asked Richie

"Yeah, they're so cute together. Eggtree asked Sundae to be his girlfriend at her birthday party"

"..." I got silent

"What're you planning now? I know that look on your face, you're planning something aren't you" Richie looks at me like I'm a murderer

"I got something. But I wouldn't do it sooner"

"Why?" Greg suddenly woke up

"They just got together... I wouldn't want to hurt Smiley like that... That's cruel"

"Oh yeah... You like Sundae. Wake me up when you're gonna do your plan... Zzz..." Greg went back to sleep

-4 weeks later. Friday, in school-

Smiley's POV
It's been a month now since Phil asked me to be his girlfriend. Everyone in our school thinks we're so cute together.

Well... Maybe not everyone

When I went to my locker, a small box with my name written on it was in front of my locker

I got scared when I opened it

I saw a knife with Phil's name written in red ink

I looked around me to see who left this box and I saw 5 by the stairs with a smirk on his face

I was about to follow him but Phil tapped me from behind. I immediately put the box in my locker so he wouldn't see it...

"Hey Smiley"

"H-hey Phil"

"Wait a minute... What's this on your hair?"

"What? What is it?"

He put his hand on my hair and pulled out a rose. He's so sweet...

"Happy monthsary..."

"Aww... Thanks Phil" as I kissed him on the cheek

"I was gonna buy you daisies, but I thought Zack would smell it and start a fire"

"Hahahahahaha" I laughed at his joke

"Oh no! I forgot I'm needed in Mrs. Oddverb's room! Gotta go Smiley, see you later"

"Okay, be careful!"

I turned around to look for 5, but he's gone

Smiley's POV
My phone vibrated after Mrs. Flask's class

'5 Numbers sent a message'

'Meet me outside after school'

'Why should I?'

'5 Numbers sent a photo'

I saw Phil's picture when he was beaten up

'You don't want this to happen again, do you?'

I knew he was the one who left that box with the knife

'What do you want?!' I replied angrily

'Just meet me outside'

School's over, Phil wanted to drive me home since I don't have my license yet.

"Hey, want a ride home?"

"Nah, I'm going to the store to buy school supplies" I smiled at him

"Okay, if you need me, I'm at my house, playing games with Zack and Phred"

"Cmon Phil! League of Riddles is waiting!"

"Yeah, yeah, hold up" he left with Zack and Phred

I saw 5 near his car. I walk up to him and asked

"What do you need"

"You..." 5 answered with an angry voice

"What?!"

"Yes, you..."

"What do you need from me?!"

"Listen... I can only hurt Egghead, but you can tear him apart"

"Wh-what do you mean?!" I'm getting real nervous

"I want you to break up with him and be with me, or else..."

"Or else what?!"

"...or else the next time you visit him will be in the cemetery"

"Y-You're insane!!"

"Also, if you even think about going to the police... kiss Egghead goodbye"

Those were his last words before driving away

-45 minutes later-

Smiley's POV
I keep thinking and thinking about what 5 said...

What if he's just lying?
what if he really kills Phil...?

I remembered Phil in the hospital...

Should I do what 5 wants?
Should I tell Phil?

I walked in front of Phil's house and peeked at his window to see him playing with Zack and Phred

I think I've decided...
