day // 8:32 am

With the normal routine in the castle, here I am on my way to the throne to submit a report to king.

"Good morning, your highness."

"It is indeed to see the very beautiful lady Tamara." I fake my shy smile. The king do know how to flatter a lady.

"I have the reports from the earth village. The plants and crops in earth has been well and agricultural wealth has been flourishing." I state.

"And who's in charge of that?"

"It is I, sir." Proudly, I claim. "After the day, all crops and animals have been doing well at night time too thanks to Vithe." I glance at the king only to see him with a huge grin.

"Lastly, the animals on earth is greatly increasing with the help of the Goddess in charge, Candestine."

He claps, very amused. "I must say, you earth signs are doing very well."

I bow and flash a smile.

"Tamara? Someone's waiting for you." Athalia yelled from the door. She opened the door enough for me to see Caven, God of Cancer.

I excitedly ran and thanked Athalia and greeted my sweet little Caven with a tight hug.

"I missed you!" I claimed and smile. "What are you doing here?"

"I was thinking of inviting you for lunch in the castle garden." How thoughtful of him.

Without a doubt, I agree. Before leaving, I excuse myself from the other Goddesses and went to the grotto in the castle garden. I'm surprised to see that he has prepared a lunch for two with candles and flowers surrounding the table.

"You did this? All for me?" I couldn't contain my happiness and shower him with kisses and a tight hug.

"All for you, Tamara." Oh, such a pleaser this God can be.

He helped me sit down on my chair and I couldn't help it but smile the whole time we ate for lunch. I'm truly blessed by the heavens to be given such a thoughtful and caring partner.

"After this, do you have anything to do?" I ask.

"I have to check the earth's oceans if there are any problem. Phaeton has been busy aiding sea creatures and animals all day and so does Scarra."

Being a water sign is also tough. Having 75% of the earth filled with water, they are the busiest signs of all. Even though they are what they are, Caven always frees some time to be with me and I really appreciate all his efforts. He never fails to put a smile on my face each and every single day.

He glances at his watch and sighs. "As much as I want to spend more time with you, sugar plum— I really have to get going."

"Don't worry, I know you're busy. Having a little bit of your time is already enough," He seems to be worried but I reassure him with a smile.

I spread my arms wide and he spent no time to waste and gave me the tightest hug he can possibly give.

"I love you, sweetheart. See you later." He kisses my forehead and waves good bye.

4:56 pm

Here we are walking in the capital. I am together with Candestine to enjoy a small feast. The king has suddenly declared a small celebration honoring all the Gods and Goddesses for their hard work. Sad to say, not a single water sign deity is to be seen. They are still busy working.

"I really can't say anything to your beauty, Tamara." My friend beside me whispers. I look back at her with a quizzically.

"I mean, look around. Those minor Gods can't even stop starring at you."

"Oh stop it, Candes." I softly hit her arm. "Stop the flattering. It's a fact that you're the one who gets all the stares here."

She chuckles. "Besides having the ability to have a flower bloom in seconds, those hazel eyes of yours attract quiet a number of men."

I look around to see the looks of jealous women and some lustful looks from some minor Gods and some just in awe. I get those a lot.

"I only have eyes for one, though." I state and we both laugh. We enjoy the small feast and see some of the Gods and Goddesses in the center, dancing with the music.

"How about we join, Tamara?" Candestine pulls my arm but I resist. I maybe a sight to look at but that's only when I don't dance.

"I don't have that much confidence, my friend. I don't dance—"

"With that beauty of yours? I bet you can out stand anyone in this feast!" She proudly replied and here I am just letting her pull me to the dance floor.

The music then suddenly changed from a lively to a slow one. Everyone have their partners and Candestine seems to have found her lover, Phaeton. Here I am, alone in the dance floor only until a young gentleman offers his hand for a dance.

I couldn't reject since I was basically in the middle and it'd be so embarrassing to reject an invitation from a kind God.

I accept his offer and I ask. "Who might you be?"

"It's such an honor that the most beautiful Goddess in the heavens is wondering about the name of some Minor God," he teases.

"Well, thank you for that." I chuckle. He seems to be kind.

"I am Carlos. God of music."

"I see, you must be in charge of the wonderful music around here."

He smiles shyly. "How flattering, coming from the ever most captivating, lady Tamara." He has his ways with words, I must confess!

Time slowly goes by and I did enjoy the dance we shared. All of the partners bowed down to each other as the music ended.

"It was a very lovely and unforgettable night for me. Thanks to you."

"Thank you, that's very nice of you." I reply. I watch him as he slowly walks away and hear my name being called by Candestine.

"Tamara, look who came!"

Even before I could respond, I see Caven with a very blank expression.
