"Well, I have tomorrow off so I'm going to go home and get drunk." You announce to all the residents in the room where you keep all your things.
"Mind if I join?" Jackson asks and drapes an arm around your shoulder.
"Why not." You smile up at him and you both walk to your cars.
Okay, so you maybe, kinda, definitely had a thing for Jackson Avery. But it would never happen and you knew that. He could get any damn girl in the world, so why would he chose you? Besides, you were both very good friends and wouldn't want to make things awkward by telling him.
"Wow, you look ever hotter while you're drunk than you usually do." Jackson sits on the floor, clearly drunk, and smiles up at you taking another sip.
"You're drunk." You roll your eyes, you as well were very drunk.
"Yeah, I know I am. But just because I'm drunk doesn't mean I turn into a liar. You're beautiful, and I always think that...drunk or not." He puts the empty bottle down next to him and stands up.
"Jackson -" you're cut off with a pair of warm, soft lips on yours. You gasp but kiss back immediately. Things get heated fast.
The next morning you wake up. Naked. Next to Jackson. You get up quickly, your head pounding. "Oh no, no, no, no, no." You whisper as the memories come back from the previous night.
Jackson all of a sudden opens his eyes too. You quickly try to cover yourself with your hands, doubting you're even covering anything. "Did we...?"
"We did..." you look down embarrassed.
All of a sudden a smile comes on his face. "Really? Wow. I- so I told you how much I liked you? And evidently it had a good result." His eyes trail down your body.
Now that he's admitting his feelings sober you feel much better. "So you really do like me?"
"Of course I do. Was it not obvious?" He laughs.
"Guess not." You chuckle and lean down for a kiss.
