Chapter 1: The Concert

I'm so excited!!! I had finally worked up enough money to buy a ticket to see one of the most beautiful and talented women im the world, and tonight was her Yours Truly concert in Australia as part of the World tour. (oh, where are my manners, My name is Darby Harris, aged 17 and a massive fan of Ariana Grande). I had tweeted to Ariana and DM'd some lyrics that came to me all of a sudden that i thought sounded pretty good.

'Thats it' I say writing it down in a rush with a massive smile on my face.

i quickly jump on twitter and DM Ariana the lyrics. Then something catches my eye, so i climb down from my bunk bed and walk to the computer desk, where wedged in my album cover of Yours Truly i find none other than a card, a card that says 'Music' then an animated picture on it. with an access code for Ariana Grande tickets via the website.

**FLASHBACK OVER**

I just hope she liked them too.

Anyway, so after cathcing a train to the city, then a bus to the concert, i went to my seat only to find my best friend for 2 years Carly in the spot next to mine, I thought awesome.. We were in the front row, I know, really great seats, well thats what you get when you wait til 2am on a school night for the tickets to go on sale, but thats not the point. Well she started singing and we instantlyfell in love with her voice, not that we hadn't already but she was much better live than pre-recorded. She started with Honeymoon Avenue, Piano, Baby I, Lovin' It, Right There and Tatooed Heart. Then she did something a little different, she sat down with a spare mic and a guitar next to her. She asked if a very special someone could get up on stage, then poined to me and Carly, we were shocked, then Carly said in excitement 'I THINK SHE WANTS YOU UP THERE!' so i go up and she announced to a sold out Rod Laver Arena, that I had sent her lyrics and she wanted ME to sing them with her.

As i wote the lyrics for a love song, her and I were getting real cute and close, which only made me more nervous than i already was, but I powered through and she invited me backstage afterwards, i said 'I'm here with my friend Carly, can she come back too?' Ariana was so kind and said of course.. so i went and sat back with Carls and Ari finished off the concert and did a few extra covers for show.
