Chapter Six - Larry Stylinson
Harry disappeared down the alley while the girls screamed wildly at him. I sighed and looked over at Louis, who was trying really hard to hold his laughter in.
"Should we help him?" I asked, cracking a smile.
"I guess so. I mean, he deserves this. Liam told him not to go too far from the hotel," I nodded in agreement and zoomed down the end of the street, turning down the next alley and onto the opposite street. I parked quickly in front of the alley that Harry had sprinted down as Louis opened the back door from the inside. Harry appeared, his face wild with fear as the screams got louder.
"GET IN!" I yelled. He dove into the car and managed to close the car door with his foot as I took off. The girls cried and yelled at us, throwing water bottles and expensive phones at my car. I decided to drive around the city for a little before driving home so I could make sure that we wouldn't be followed.
"What got into you, Haz?" Louis demanded.
"I don't know! I wanted to take a walk, to clear my head..."
"You couldn't have cleared your head on the beach or something? Paul is going to kill you," Louis chided. I raised an eyebrow.
"Paul?"
"He's our security guard," Harry moaned from the back, rubbing his face.
"Security guard. Right. I'm still trying to get used to the fact that you guys are fucking famous," I whispered, turning onto a random street. Louis laughed and patted my hand.
"It's alright, love. We're just normal people..."
"Oh yeah. Normal people who are chased by mobs of girls, travel around the world, and have their own security guards. Totally normal." I snapped, rolling my eyes. Louis laughed again, running his hands through his thick brown hair. I eyed Harry in the rear view mirror and found him staring back at me, his arms folded across his chest, his lips pursed. I quickly looked away to avoid his judgemental gaze.
"Hey, pull into that Starbucks right there. I forgot, I owe you lunch." Louis said, pointing to the Starbucks right next to my old high school. The manager of that Starbucks knew me and my order by heart. He also had a huge crush on me, it was creepy. To walk in there with two insanely attractive boys would break his heart, not to mention piss him off and lose me my discount for being cute. I bit my lip as I parked in front of the shop. I then glanced at the clock, my eyes wide.
"Lou, it's five o'clock. Lunch was hours ago...you might as well buy me dinner." I joked, punching his arm.
"No, he might not. Lou, go get us some coffee, Charlotte and I have to talk." Harry ordered, eyeing Louis sternly. Louis' smile melted off his lips as he nodded.
"Right. I'll be right back, then." he whispered, opening the door. I quickly grabbed his hand and squeezed it.
"Try not to get mobbed by fanatic girls, kay?" I teased. Louis smiled and let out a chuckle before getting out of the car and walking into the Starbucks. Harry climbed into the front seat and we sat in silence for a little.
"I'm so sorry, Charlotte. You have no idea how bad I feel for everything," Harry finally professed. I merely nodded.
"It's okay. Lou explained everything to me. You can stop apologizing, Harry." I said, cracking a brief smile at him. Harry, on the other hand, did not smile. Instead, his eyes grew wide in fear and disbelief.
