Why did you leave me?

Yang sat up in her bed, her face drained of colour. She stretched out her left arm, most of her right arm gone due to the fight between her and Adam. She gritted her teeth at the thought of him hurting Blake and dismembering most of her arm. "I can't just lay here all day, I have to do something, find her," Yang spoke to and empty room, swinging her legs over the edge of the bed then standing and walking to the bathroom to clean herself. She came back half an hour later, wrapped in a towel, getting clean clothes to change into. "These will have to do," She decided as she looked at the yellow tank top and navy jeans, putting them on then drying her hair off, getting anything else she needed and heading out to her motorcycle. She hopped on, turning the ignition then revving the engine and speeding off leaving a cloud of smoke behind her. "I remember Ruby telling me that Blake went back home, guess that's where I'm going then.." She took off to her faunus friends home island.

A week later

Yang looked around, taking in the sight of so many faunus in one area, she honestly felt like the odd one out. She walked up to a male rabbit faunus, occupying a nearby stall. "Excuse me, have you seen a girl called Blake Belladonna pass through here?" She asked the stranger. "Down there's her house." He pointed to a large, almost mansion like structure. "Thank you!" She said as she rode her bike as close to Blake's home as possible. She climbed off walking down the path then up the steps, leading to a large set of wooden doors. She knocked, holding a note in her metal hand behind her back. "Just a second," A voice all too familiar to Yang called from inside, it belonged to Blake, her former partner in training. The door opened to reveal the young cat faunus. "Y-yang?" Blake looked at her with a mixture of fear and relief in her eyes. "Hey, Blake." Yang smiled, clutching her note in hand and sharing a gaze with her. Blake stepped forward, pulling the blonde into a tight hug. "I missed you," The dark haired girl said, tears rolling down her cheeks because of how happy she was to see that Yang was okay. "I missed you too, Kitty," Yang replied, wrapping her arms around Blake and returning the hug with equal force. Blake let go first, holding Yang at arms length. "How did you find me?" The faunus asked, looking directly into Yang's violet eyes. "Ruby told me you went home, to Menagerie, and some guy at a stall pointed out your house to me."

"So you came all the way over here just to find me?"

Yang gave a toothy grin. "Yup." Blake's ears folded against her head, looking down and speaking quietly. "Yang, you shouldn't have.." The blonde pulled her into a tight hug. "I wouldn't be me if I didn't though, would I?" Blake returned the soft yet firm embrace, begging to cry into Yang's shoulder. "Blake, come back inside, you might get a cold!" A voice shouted from inside the mansion like structure. Blake let go of Yang, wiping her face then grabbing Yang's hand. "Let's go inside, you can meet my parents." Yang looked down their hands, she smiled then looked back up at Blake. "That sounds great."
