Chapter 6:
Maddie's POV:
I will go kick those ALDC dancers. They are total losers. I'm gonna go join their mortal enemies and make their team 100% better with my special moves. The Candy Apple Dance Studio.
Cathy is VERY surprised to see my mom and I enter through the door.
"Well, HELLO! Umm...Melissa, isn't it?" she says a bit coldly.
"Yes, Maddie would like to enroll in the Candy Apple Dance Studio." my mom smiles.
"Oh." I can tell she's VERY surprised. "Well, welcome, Maddie."
Cathy's POV:
HAHA!!! I will go laugh in Abby's face. Her best dancer joins US. The Candy Apples! Whoo hoo! A very valuable addition to our team! We're going to be in New York with them this week, though they don't know it. And once they see Maddie, oh my gosh, they're going to DIE!!!!!!
Maddie's POV:
"Ok, the dance is going to go like this, Maddie." Cathy said. "Watch him."
One of the dancers twirls and then flps and lands on his two hands.
I can so do that.
I twirl, my hands outstretched and then flip and land gracefully on only my hands.
I can do that better than any of the dancers at Candy Apple, I bet.
"Good job, Maddie! You are amazing!" Cathy tells me.
I smirk at her.
"Now, let's begin now....one, two three GO!" Cathy claps her hands and we begin.
Back at the Abby Lee Dance Company
Mikayla's POV:
Maddie's gone now. I must admit, I'm sorta glad that she's gone. She was my competition and threat of getting onto the top of the pyramid.
"Alright girls, has anyone seen Maddie and Mckenzie today?" Abby walks in, holding a clipboard, pencil tucked between her ear.
"No." we all reply, staring at eachother nervously.
Abby stares at us in shock, as we carry our suitcases towards the bus. It's competition day. I can win it. I can win my solo and land in number one and I can help our team succeed the group dance.
Abby mutters to herself to Kendall's mother about something, probably Maddie and Mckenzie.
After a six hour drive, we climb out of the bus, exhausted, and go towards the building, trudging our luggage behing us.
"Whoo hoo! Finally!" Paige said to Brooke behind me.
We go to our makeup room, and start brushing our hair, painting our nails, and other makeup stuff.
I finish gluing fake eyelashes when Abby bursts in, her face red and her mouth twisted into a hideous expression.
"I cannot BELIEVE IT!" she seethes.
We all turn our heads and Kelly walks over to Abby.
"That woman, Melissa has taken her children to our worst enemies! The Candy Apples!" she practically hisses.
