Vincent POV
"How did this happen?" Izzie asks in distress
"It has to be Carson." I walk towards Sienna's lifeless body, feeling guilty I couldn't save her.
"I'm calling the chief. You go find the campus police." Izzie commands.

"Ajax! Can I please view your security cameras, it's very urgent." I run up to him.
"Ok. What has happened?" He says in a worried manner.
"There was murder. I command you to put the campus on lockdown, but I believe the killer has already gotten away." I whisper. He turns his head in disbelief.
"You need to come to my office." He murmurs.
We walk to the office, trying to be discreet about the whole situation.
"Izzie is calling the cops and our chief," I confirm.
"Ok. I'll put the campus on lockdown right away. Who do you think the suspect is?" Ajax calmly asks.
"Carson Williams. 16 year old. Brown haired kid." I say.
"Carson? But he would never hurt anyone." He insists.
"Well, we believe that he shot Aaron Van Wormer." I can explain what evidence we have and how everything tied together.
"Jesus. We need to find him. I'll review the security cameras and call you. Go back to the station. I've got it handled." Ajax confirms.
"Ok." I run out of the office.
"Wait, hold on! Carson ran up 71st street, probably to on of those abandoned buildings. There's a dozen of them over there." Ajax examines the camera footage.
"Ok thanks." I then continue to run off.
I debated on using my car to drive down there but there wasn't enough time. Running just a few blocks, I made it to an abandoned office building. Carson didn't have enough time to run far away but he had time to hide. I walked up the dusty stairs into an office. The wall was covered in pictures and papers. My eyes widen as I soon realize what all of this was. Carson had been following us all this time. I remember the creepy guy Veronica spotted outside of the hospital, the guy she saw sitting in his car minutes after Aaron told us his proposal plan. She knew he was up to something.
Why didn't you listen to her? I thought
Before I could continue resenting what I didn't do, a voice came up behind me.
"So, you figured it out." Somehow is voice still struck me with innocence.

"Why did you do this Carson?" I question.

"Aaron broke her heart. He is a horrible man. I was there for her. I had to do something." He confessed. "But then I told Sienna what I did and she freaked out. I did all of this for her. There was only one choice I had to make. She had to be kept down."
"Carson, you need to come with me." I try to walk towards him but he pulls a gun from his pocket.
"I'm not going anywhere! Get away from me." His hands were shaking.
"Put the gun down." I placed my hands on my holster. To my surprise, he followed my instructions. I slowly approach him, but as I start retrieving my handcuffs, my knees get kicked in and I fall to the ground. I get pinned down by a foot.
"Carson, run!" It was Jordan.
"What the hell?" I say to myself.
"I won't let you lock him up. He can't be in a jail cell for the rest of his life!" Jordon yells.
He was protecting Carson, but why?
"Jordon, why are you protecting him?" I question.
"His brothers weren't the only ones killed that night. My sisters were there. Carson is the only person I've got now." Jordon explains.
"But you can't let him get away. He killed someone, Jordon!" I demand.
Out of nowhere, He turns me around and starts punching me. I push him off and pin him to the wall, but he shoves me onto the ground again. Suddenly, Jordon is pulled off of me. I look up and Izzie has him.
"Go get Carson!" She commands.
I run into the stairwell. Not knowing where he went, I hear a door slam. It came from the rooftop. I sprint as fast as I possibly can to the top. I swing the door open and find Carson on the edge of the roof.
"Carson, don't." I calmly say.
"Why shouldn't I do this? My love is gone. And I killed her." Tears streamed down his face.
"This won't solve anything I promise you. Just come with me and we can sort this all out." I explain.
"No, I'm not going to jail. Goodbye, Vincent Almanza." He starts to fall off the roof. I quickly run to him. At the last minute, I grab his shirt. My body ran straight into the sharp edge and I scream out in pain. I pull Carson over and police come running in. I slowly set myself down against the wall.
"Are you alright?" Izzie asks.
"I need an ambulance I think. Also, tell them to admit Carson into a mental hospital." I point to them.
At the hospital
"Babe, what happened?" Veronica says in a distressed voice. She stood next to my bedside.
"I broke a rib. On the bright side, we found Aaron's shooter." I smile.
"I know." He smiles too.
"Does Vanessa know?" I ask.
"No, not yet. Aaron came out of surgery a while ago and should be waking up any time now." She says.
"Why is our life so crazy?" I question.
"You know, "The only thing predictable about life is its unpredictability." She responds.
"Did you just quote the rat from Ratatouille?" I chuckle.
"Ok, Ratatouille was a great movie and you know that!" She argues.
