Depression is not something that you ever want in your life. Once it comes to you, you have to know how to take care of it before it gets worse. Now for me that is not the case. I knew that I was staring to be sad everyday, crying my self to sleep every night, thinking about horrible things to do to myself. But I never went for help... Believe me when I say that this is the last thing you want to do. Has soon has you start to feel the way I did I would get help immediately.
                Now I know what most of you are probably thinking. Why are you writing this? Why is this of any importance? Well the answer to this is very simple. I want people to know what I'm going through and have them treat me better and I'd like to help others by letting them know they are not alone. Having this illness is no laughing matter and it's not a joke.
                So now that I've explained to you what it is I want you to get out of this I will now begin my story. Let me walk you step by step into the struggle with Depression.
