Knock knock knock
Someone was knocking at the front door, it was probably Cody.
I got up off my bed and walked down the steps but of course with me being the person I am I end up tripping and falling down the last 4 steps till I hit the floor. Then I got up quickly and went to the front door or looked out to see Cody standing there with a face of confusion. He was probably wondering what all the noise was.....haha. He doesn't have to worry it was just me falling down the steps, okay maybe he does have the right to worry at that.
"Hey babe" I said opening the door.
"Hey. Ummmm Kat what was all that noise in there? Did you fall or something?"
"Oh uh yeah I fell down the steps" I said rubbing the back of my neck and my face turning red from embarrassment.
"Oh my god! Are you okay?" Cody said looking at me with even more concerned before and this time it was laced throughout his voice.
"Yeah I am fine"I said pulling inside and then gave him a hug and a kiss.
"So how was your day? Did u eat dinner yet?" Cody said as we walked up to my room.
"It was okay, I had to go to school and the kids still aren't exactly the nicest people in the world. And no I have not eaten dinner yet, I was busy doing homework and studying." I said as we entered my room and I sat down at the head of my bed and Cody sitting at the end of my bed facing me.
"Well do you wanna go grab a bite to eat and I can tell you the news?"
"Yeah, sure that sounds good. I could use a break from my homework." I said giggling and grabbing a my black toms from my closet.
~at dinner~
"So what did you want to tell me?" I said as we where sitting there waiting on our food. We decided on going to a little pizzeria nearby.
"Oh, yeah you know how I am leaving for tour soon? And how you said you would love to go but you don't think your dad would approve?"
"Yeah. Please just get to the point!" I said getting annoyed.
"Okay well......."
