Names of persons, places and towns are all works of friction.

My imagination runs wild sometimes and I may not be making sense but pls bear with me. ;)

Ariala

I was coming down from a state of bliss. I felt out of the world.
Rolling over my gaze clashed with a pair of eyes the color of green moss that was shining with satisfaction. Satisfaction only a good bedding could bring.

"I take it that her majesty is pleased?"he said with a grin.

"You don't need to ask twice". He flashes me a toothy grin "But you can't come here anymore".

The grin disappears "Henrik, you know that already. They could hang you if they set their sights on you".

"He is just one man".

"Yes, one man with an entire army behind him. I just don't want anything to happen to you", I try to placate him.
"We wouldn't need to worry if you'd just elope with me". He furrows his brows. I want to kiss the frown away "If we ran we would be on the run for the rest of our lives. I don't want to live the rest of my life looking over my shoulder, wondering where to hide or how long it will take them to catch us. We have talked about this before, you agreed not to bring it up again".

He takes hold of my hands in order to calm me down "It's true,I did. I just-"

I silence him by placing a kiss on his lips and not long after,he's taking me to the world of bliss.

Ranou

My wife walks into the training grounds by noon,a secret smile on her face. There is only one thing that comes immediately to my mind:Her lover has visited her.

I grit my teeth as I watch her strut across the field her hips swaying from side to side. She spares each soldier in her way a smile,no death daggers today. He must be really good to work such a miracle.

"Your wife comes this way, your majesty",general Bari tells me.

"Aye, I see her Bari".

She stops in front of me, gives the soldiers behind me a fleeting glance before deciding that I was worthy to be bequeathed her gaze.

I forgive her transgression immediately. After all,she had very lovely eyes. They were the deepest blue I had ever seen in all my twenty-eight seasons. In her fearsome fury they were dark orbs swirling violently like a sea during thunderstorms.

Right now they were shining, twinkling in fact like the sun reflected off my sword.
It was the first time I had seen such expression on her face.

He must be really good.

Ariala clears her throat and I pull my thoughts out of the dark "So good of you to grace us with your presence".

She raises her chin,a sign of defiance."I'm going to the temple".

"Then go. Since when have you needed to seek permission to visit the temple?".
She grits her teeth as she says,"Since you solely decided I needed bodyguards".

I tuck a perfect strand of silky white hair behind her ear. She flinches from my touch,"Call off your goons. They make the girls nervous".

The girls were her group of friends, the entire brood of breeders like her including the Ishka, the shamaness. But I'll believe that when I see it.

I give her a little smile,"You are my wife. You would not like for the people to say that I do not treat my lovely wife and their queen well, would you now?"

Her eyes flash and she steps toe to toe with me,"Call. Them. Off". She flips her hair and stomps off and I watch her until she is out of my sight.
