Crystal Mound is a mysterious village that seems to be everywhere yet no where all at once, all over the globe. It has modern technology and people from all over the place, all different nationalities. The village is said to be cursed, as soon as sunset hits the area is plagued with demons who feed off the emotions of the towns folk. Unknown defenders rid the constantly moving village of the demons with special weapons.
These unknown protectors are believed to be spirits of people who's lives where claimed by demons. They try to rid the village of them in order to stop people from facing the fates they did, be it suicide or murder.
Another odd thing about this town, is that there is a season where it rains and rains and does nothing else but. People who have lived in Crystal Mound call this time "The season of spirit's sorrows" more modernly known as "Spirit Sorrow". It is a time of when most deaths occur, when the village is at it's most emotional state, when everything is at it's worst.
Some say it's because the spirits are at there weakest and crawl back into the shadowy depths of the streets and mountains to regain strength.
Legends or no, they say as soon as you move in even if you don't believe in the supernatural... by the time your done unpacking, you sure as hell will...
