Esmerelda picked up her little bird and tied a note to his foot and before the bird left Esmerelda said, "you know where you need to go. " The bird flew high above the trees and soared through the sky; he did indeed knew where he needed to go because Esmerelda had been communicating with her brother for about two months now and had befriended the little bird. The bird finally arrived at a little cottage off the coast of the Malarine ocean. The bird sang his song outside Esmerelda's brother's house. Sure enough Don came to the door and saw the bird. He whistled a tune and then took the paper and then immediatly left for Disanio. Meanwhile, in Disanio, Esmerelda was calling her doctor and settiging up an appointment. Her doctor told her that in order to keep control of what was happening, everytime it happened she had to stop everything and relax but there would be pain. There was no known cure for what she had. Esmerelda was once again devastated at what had become of her. At that moment there was a knock at the door.
"I flew here as fast as I could," Don said with a wheeze in his voice. Esmerelda had no words on how fast he came for her; she hugged him and then ran to get him some water. Suddenly there was a strong gust of wind and then a horrific tremor. She ran to her brother and there was a huge shutter over her and she fell. As Esmerelda laid there, unable to move, she saw her brother get up. Don helps Esmerelda up and they sat on the patchy couch that Esmerelda had in her tiny bloom. The next day Esmerelda and her brother went to the doctors and there was only one answer. "Your magic is slipping away from you Esmerelda, " Dr. Vartay said with solomn in his voice. Esmerelda and Don decided to go to the beanstalk cafè. When they arrived all of the beautiful green plants and tiny beanstalks were wilted.
"Excuse me for interrupting but where has all of the greenery gone?" Esmerelda asked in curiosity. "Well I guess I don't really like beanstalks and the color green anymore," Jack said in a calm way. That was the most unpredictable thing that I have ever seen Esmerelda thought. Esmerelda was about to leave the cafè when all of a sudden Jack collapsed; everyone screamed and then with a poof of magic Jack was gone...
